    I just find it amusing when somebody is basically calling anybody stupid who disagrees with their point of view and then makes basic grammatical errors when they do.Even more so when they stay on their intellectual high horse for a response and do it again.     There are a lot of people on Treebay who are there just to be abusive and don't seem to have got much beyond the playground. I tend to only watch out for stuff to buy and not get involved otherwise. The Arbtalk page on there run by John Hancock is much better as he doesn't put up with it.

    My understanding would be that an indemnity would protect you from making the wrong decision either way. In other words, if your report said felling a mature specimen was necessary and it turned out not to be so, it would protect you from paying for a replacement. Edit. Assuming you were qualified and had acted competently, of course.
