  2. Couple of them on here, Tim.
  3. Or in a couple of noteable cases on here; Trimmings Relocation Operative (Light Load).
  4. Reminds me of a Spike Milligan story about a 'short arm' inspection' when he was in the Army. A rather under-endowed soldier was asked if it hurt him to pass water. When he told the MO that it didn't, the doctor replied 'Best just use it for that then'.
  5. I always thought the terms 'Inny' and 'Outy' only referred to belly buttons, but it seems I was wrong.
  6. Ah, explains why I hadn't seen the post.
  7. Anyway, who is getting a wendy on about the term 'brash dragger'?
  8. Well, for the time I dragged brash, I was a brash dragger. When I got more tickets, I was a groundie or a cutter.
  9. I never was up on the pc lingo mate.
  10. Before you decide what you are going to charge, you need to sit down and work out 2 figures, what you want to earn and how much it costs you to go out and earn it. If it's your kit, you need to factor in servicing, replacing it as it wears out and insuring it, yourself and anybody you employ. Once you realise how much you have invested in a job, you will understand why you should be taking a bigger cut than the people who work for you. To be frank, £75 a day is brash dragger money and no more. Good luck with it all, and don't be apologetic about asking for advice; it's what forums are for.
  11. Thank you
  12. Morrisons used to do Anzac biscuits which I like but they seem to have stopped them now. Anybody seen them anywhere else?
  13. Thanks for proving my point.
  14. Going by the fact that you can't just move on like everybody else has, I'm going to take a punt that you still are at school.
  15. Had the rain this afternoon, now just windier than Geoff on an all Lentil diet.
  16. Barbed wire? Blimey Dean, that's a bit hardcore! What was behind the barbed wire, a couple of Jimpies on tripod mounts or just a few AP mines?
  17. I think you should pick him up. After all, 200 acres takes a lot of searching.
  18. Your point was that Muslims have not condemned ISIS and their atrocities enough. A simple Google search (Muslims condemn ISIS) brought up those examples and approximately 480.000 others. That not enough for you then? By the way, more British Muslims have joined ISIS than redundant/ early retired troops joined the Army reserve list, let alone British Muslims. That smacks more of a general dissatisfaction in the way British troops are treated than anything else eg the Bloody Sunday farago.
  19. Nothing to do with ego when future oil reserves are in the picture. Also, I assume the friend you are talking about is the same friend who refused to back Britain when her sovereign territory was invaded?
  20. For the very same reason your precious Mr Blair invaded Iraq on Bush's coat tails. Race is on to tap 1bn barrels of oil in the Falkland Islands - Telegraph
