  3. Excellent post, particularly in not falling into the trap of identifying Muslims in general with ISIS/IS or whatever the media is calling them today.
  4. Hi, Does anybody have a spare pull start to fit a Stihl FS 450 please? TIA
  5. Sounds painful but some prunes should sort that out.
  6. Will keep an eye out for it. Was it an opportunist theft? Where in Essex were you working?
  7. Why has somebody left a turd on a string on your roof? Is it the drainage equivalent of the Gamekeeper's warning?
  8. CS450, handy little saw.
  9. So was Gengis Khan. As to who or what kept me in a job, you do talk some old cobblers as you do not know me or who I work for.
  10. Given that he refused to acknowledge the failure of Blairite economics and the overspend they caused during one of the tv debates, I don't think he was trying too hard to disown them.
  11. Fixed that for you.
  12. Glad I went for the Coleman insulated one in the end. If Mendiplogs needs an opinion on what lunchbox, I can thoroughly recommend it for keeping your couscous fresh.

  15. Nice to know I wasn't the only one thinking it.
  16. Isuzu Trooper SWB Commercial. Best van I have had, all your gear locked away in the back, plenty of grunt for towing and plated for 3.3 tonnes.
  17. Even nostalgia's not as good as it used to be, Rob.
  18. I have a 142e with a slight seize in the shed. Interested?
  19. Mmmm, very avante garde.
  20. There is some good stuff on Radio 4 still but they are all tried and tested rather than new stuff.
  21. You can do a Small Claims Court application yourself. Just send a reminder for payment stating that failure to pay will result in you taking them to court for it with a time limit that you will find on the website. Stick to what the website tells you and don't forget that you are allowed to claim reasonable expenses relevant to your claim ie the cost of application, postage and phone calls etc.
  22. Make sure your payment terms are clear in your T&Cs when you give a written quote and apply them firmly. You can state that payments made late will be subject to a %age increase (as long as it is reasonable). At least that way, if they make you wait then it costs them.
  23. I had similar issues with Kumhos fitted to an Isuzu Rodeo. The fronts deformed after less than 20,000 miles. Isuzu told us that they don't recommend fitting them to their trucks.
