  1. If defra dont sort their sh.t out regarding the Larch situation,this import idea could take off big style,its certainly worth investigating.
  2. funny how things go someone phoned tonight and ordered a load and someone wants a load in a couple of weeks.
  3. Just wondered have you started any logs yet seems a little quiet down here at the moment,but theres a lot more competition this year.
  4. Cheers buddy it was just a thought,we were going to get a couple of bikes to use our selves but then the idea of earning some money from it sounded good,i figured wed get complaints but you get that with any motor sport,thanks for the advice cheers.

This may seem like an odd post but i remember that someone on here a while back posted information on the legal side of opening a track for quads ,4x4 and moto x ,what were after is how easy is it to get permission to do this,or is it a non starter,the idea is people pay a fee and have time on a track,as there is nowhere down our way to do this it sounds like a good idea,any info would be much appreciated cheers DB.

Just quoted 200 quid to take down 20 landeys mature trees that had been kept down to about 9 foot nice easy job bout half day for 3 men truck n chipper,the customer is the father one of one of my sons mates,baring this in mind i kept the price down,even then by the look on his face i could tell he thought i was to dear,he said he was going to get other quotes,went round there today to drop my son off and hes had the job done by someone else,he was really off with me and it felt a little awkward ,not for me i couldnt care less,if someone wants to work for nothing carry on,i priced it as cheap as i could thinking that we would do another job in the afternoon and make our money back that way,what im gwtting at is because he knows my son he was expecting mates rates,i did try but im not a charity.

I always watch the first few shows thats where the real talent is,no one makes me laugh more than the dillussional idiots,who believe they have what it takes,weve just had a guy leave us he would for no reason turn off the radio and break into song ,usually bonjovi or similar,i can honestly say they were some of the most cringeworthy moments,ive ever had,so for anyone out there who like me thought that the contestents were made up for tv,they arent there real,he may even show up on it one day ,his names Rob and he drives a tractor,bizzare.

  18. The last bad hinge i cut ,ended in me doing a load of roofing clothes line erecting and dont get me started on velux windows,now that was a bad hinge.
