  1. Try working in rail or the utilities if you want to know about form filling, however all of ours are now on a tablet and just box ticks with minimal writing and a signature space at the end there are ways to make it easier
  2. For once I have to disagree with you. To be in local government or national you have to have failed to make the grade to be employed in the real world or have failed having tried and gone into because it’s the only employment you can get, you are then promoted on your level of incompetence , or back scratching nepotism or brown enveloping I really believe the qualification to be in government should be 10 to 15 years holding down a job in the private sector just look at what a cock up all the career politicians from all parties have made over the last 30 years
  3. Don’t try to make things difficult looked on Amazon loads of chain more than one design £100 a pair ish plus import should get a set of four for less than £300
  4. Get a bigger bucket, simples
  5. Try it I couldn’t get to grips with it, I got a Cormidi loader it converts to a 1.5 tonne dumper and hire in a mini or load with my avant
  6. Tried one hard to use uncomfortable awkward to move don’t fold up and cost too much and why when a 1.5 tonne is £150 a week to hire
  7. It’s a very nice chipper !!! Back on topic
  8. If your going to use it for handling the reviews reckon track frames are short, not sure I would risk it, would the warranty be worth paper it’s on and the residual value will be dire, I wouldn’t want to buy on hp end up owing far more than it’s worth. no local dealer how long to fix when it breaks especially if you rely on it
  9. On a mini loader you only have a small amount of lit capacity if you put hydraulic rotation on the implement this reduces the capacity on the avant the rotator is 96kg and plus 200mm on the load so on 4/5/6 series you loose 10% of your lift capacity I thought hard and not bought one yet on the klou grab they don’t recommend hydraulic rotation for saftey reasons if you are holding a tree vertically and a pipe fails the tree is no longer vertical a hole world of hassle you don’t need. bmg grabs hang down so don’t have this problem
  10. Two machines secondhand are going to be best part of 25/30 k with a few attachments, the Vermeer attachments don’t fit avant/multione/ tobroco etc
  11. Front linkage with weight what tyres are you running rubber composition and tread pattern has an effect
  12. Klou grab if you are doing logs fixed tree grab for clearing up,bmg for brush into chipper
  13. Air burners are technically not difficult to fabricate basically a tin box pipe and compressor skipping and tipping isn’t cheap
  14. I thought treated timber was controlled waste so you need to separate your pile and don’t discount a air burner
  15. Your not comparing same machines but get a demo on both the Cormidi build quality is as good as the American machines and far better track system design had Vermeer and Cormidi side by side for two days also look at micro bull if you are want to work in back gardens they will give you a weeks demo and knock cost of machine if you purchase you can’t loose with a demo like that
  16. Designed and made in italy
  17. If you can use it,if not at 9 years old realise the capital and sell it unlikely to get what you paid for it in real terms
  18. Cormidi is serious competion to the Vermeer have a look at the djb machinery website c85 truly a garden machine and far easier to transport
  19. The Cormidi is powerful enough weighs similar to Vermeer.cormid lifts more and higher runs on the same pattern track, the engine is bigger in the Vermeer but it can t put the power down onto the dirt it slips.
  20. Always found well made comfortable garden furniture hard to find, marketing will be your make or break
  21. I am not understanding why you want to invest in such a old saw, it’s a collectors item modern saws are far more economical less tiring and safer to run the vibrations from the saw will be awful get a modern saw and put the dinosaurs out to grass it’s earned a retirement
  22. What did you expect them to make it out of tinfoil and plastic !!! looks good built to last
  23. Do a deal get them all at once look at Klou for your grab and flail
  24. On anything under 30 inches I wouldn’t use a saw with no brake given the age of a saw with no brake parts are always going to be in short supply and the anti vib could be non existent
  25. Don’t discount wheels try them all most attachments can be made to fit what ever you choose
