  7. 6 years working here on big trees and never thought damn I need an 88. 66 with a 36 inch bar can do any tree, period. Double cutting gives 72 inches
  8. Re the different kind of bore cuts, Billy explains it VERY well. (Not the letterbox cut)
  9. Worked out my problem. Streeeetch! My tether is now 13 inches. Sheee.

  12. You tell some where the gold stuff is and they still cant decide. LOL
  13. Best way to clean the pulley?
  14. I like my hitch, no sit back. Im just playing with it in the house. with a loose hitch, it is very hard to pull down on the RW... Im using 11.7 yale ropes, Prism atm. I think its just a bit too fat for the RW. I wish it was adjustable like version 1!!!! What ropes are yall using? 11mm? Its so frustrating climbing with it when im trying to get out on a limb and I really have to pull.
  15. Jonathon La Maistre by any chance?
  16. Do you think I would get a job doing tree surgery?
  17. I second Rich. Beraneks stuff is just the best. Practical.
  18. I recognise that pic. Yeh I put it on yesterday and its effing great. Will last forever too. :001_cool:
  19. Kevin! Im using a shorter hitch, just a 5 wrap vt, and there is so much friction from the RW. Will a shoirter tether make it smoother? It is nearly unuseable at the moment.
  20. I aim to have ZERO PETZL in my armour asap. Only the Pantin left. Good good.
  21. Donaghys Armor-Prus 8mm Cord $2.16
  22. Having been on Yale silverstreak for years and years Ive gonna try these out. With the SS I have way too much friction with the RW.... experiment is the way. $40 for all these... Samson Ice Tail Donaghys Armor Prus 10mm Donaghys Armor Prus Poly 8mm Yale Bee Line 8mm Teufelberger Ocean Poly 10mm Teufelberger Reep Schnur 10mm
  23. Are you proud of this video that you put out ? Where is the finesse? Its just rough ass cut and fall tree work creating alot of dings and holes. Man I would be ashamed. Bad work positioning, one handing cuts that should use two (Just to show you are a pro), bish bosh bash there you go groundys take that and clean it up cos we aint a team.
  24. Couldnt watch more than 10 seconds sorry.
