  12. Ti, I know about tabata and managed to do it ONCE! Tell me your routine or what you do for it. Sprints? Cycling? 8 x 20 secs with 30 secs rest?
  13. Hodge it has so many different uses... Im the same, we drag brush way too large to fit on the trolley, but it comes out for the wood, and different kind of jobs its well handy. (Lots of small brush, dead wood etc)

  22. Had ours about 3 years now. It is bashed up to hell, bent handles, lost washers for the axels, but is used every day, and gets abused. (Damage from being taken off the back of the truck.) Ingenius labor saving device, I love it. Need to devise something to make it more into a portable garbage bin, so small twigs dont fall through. One of the best products for tree/groundwork out there!
