I'm in, just for the low value stuff, ie any part of the tree that no-one else wants, stumps, tops etc. £1k is cheap. Would I still get a venison burger included? -

I didn't realise that it can be classed as a full hgv, although I suppose it wont go to 44 tonnes as it would only have 5 axles not 6. I have heard a rumour that ag might be changed up to about 31 tonne from 24390kg. Is that right?

Apologies, I may not have made myself clear. What I meant was if I wanted to stick a huge bulk trailer on the back to haul corn from farm to flour mill, whats the max I can go all up if taxed correctly. I didn't mean just the mog itself. Thanks to all

I don't agree with that about Heizohack. Nowt wrong with them but not the build quality of Bandit. Have you ever tried a Bruks or Erjo chipper. Far superior build and chip quality than Heizo, but the Heizo is a good average all round chipper, wouldn't buy one myself though. I have never owned a Bandit, but only ever hear rave reviews about them. Not cheap, but not cheap quality either, although the price that Dean has given for the 18SVC chipper is outstanding imho.

That's incredible, how the hell did they manage to get it there without it being noticed. I think it went to the north London warehouse after being recovered. Do they still have it. I saw it when I sold some wood chip to them but it never progressed any further than trials.

Is that black Beast the one that was down in a huge warehouse in north London and I believe was stolen at some time. Don't know whether it was ever recovered?

Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes. The best grease gun I have used in 30 years of working in farming and forestry. Larger grease tubes, no mess, just screw it on and start pumping. Have even run over it and the only damage was the grease tube, Just put a new one on and away it went. Fantastic. Deere forestry had them on there stand at Elmia 2009 but dont know whether they carried on selling them but we get ours from Fuchs anyway.

Not in their dreams at all. Komatsu now sell them but badged as a komatsu head, even though everyone knows they are a logmax. Komatsu had a whole line up of them on their stand at Elmia last year, but I heard today that they havent sold any of the heads in the UK yet.

Logmax now also being badged and sold as Komatsu I was told recently!
