  12. i kind of read the body language as you are aware i'm trying:thumbup: so far my simple understanding is that on C. sativa the body language that is present is:- (I think) in particular order (as that i am still trying to understand) necrotic growth of the bark exposed heartwood can cause burring and buckling (shell), it will also open up the burrs/cankers (again i think) its hard to tell on that picture but is there any blackened stains near/on the burring? and on Quercus can't it create inosculations plates (reaction zones) on the cambium? but i'm sure there's something else i've missed too?? And PS, don't you mean the 17th?, the 10th is tomorrow and as far as i'm aware i'm going swimming with my boy:biggrin:
