  1. The op has some age on him, so it should work well.
  2. It's the reaction between the urea and milk solids, the urea kills the bacteria breaking down the solids, and renders them inert. Leave it for a few weeks to really work right through, topping it up if you have an urge, best done when dehydrated as you get a stronger solution. You can tell it's worked when the van stinks like an old man's pyjamas...
  3. If you pi$$ on it it will get rid of the milk smell:thumbup1:

    Jokes???

Two junkies admitted to hospital after accidentaly snorting curry powder, one is in a korma, the other has a dodgy tika....
  5. You could lay a sheet of ply over the section being worked and shuffle it along as you go, the material itself is brittle with age, but not of a highly toxic variety, if it's damp even less so, just work carefully so as not to trash it.
  6. That's bloody frightening, well done spotting it, I would be having a chat with the loler inspector asap!

    Tiny echo!

Don't let him test your Stella, ooh no..
  8. Susan Boyle sounds nice to, but you would need a cracked head if you swapped to her. .. I personally would get the td5 fixed by someone in the know on these motors.
  9. If you are going to tow, or work the vehicle regularly it will make short work of the transmision ,this from a very well experienced landy conversion company. I think it would prove an expensive conversion to run on a vehicle used comercially, what is wrong with the td5, they run well with servicing, and keeping an eye on a couple of things that are known, just like most motors.

    Tiny echo!

Having talked to the uk supplier, if you have a silver lanyard loop you should go to your dealer, they will order in the black upgraded loop, takes minutes to fit.
  11. That's what I have heard too..

This saw seems to be really catching on, can't keep a good thing a secret.

    Tiny echo!

I urge you to give the echo a go, you won't be disappointed with it for sure, maybe worth getting one from Rob D of chain saw bars on here

    Tiny echo!

I have both, the echo is the better saw in build, oiling, power, and smaller in size, I also like the side handle as it curves towards the back of the saw, useful for trying to avoid one handing on a long reach to a cut.
  15. To be fair it is a special price I negotiated, as I get lots of kit there and they like me:001_smile: Either that or they just want to get me out the door...

    Tiny echo!

Mine is on the 3/8 chain, but I have ordered a couple of 1/4 sprockets to convert over with.

I for one will be interested to see what you think of the saw after some use mate, though I can't see you being dissapointed.

Mark, it's a lovely saw, take it from an old git like me, it would be one you would be glad you bought, just decide what chain to run and go for it.

    Tiny echo!

You won't regret it, it is a lovely saw and an asset in your climing armory.
  20. Thanks mate, no rush, after the posts here I'm going for one:001_smile:
  21. Has anyone experience of the big echo, looking to buy one and would be interested in what people have found using the saw, not much out there on the net, what there is sugest a good strong saw.
  22. If your body is used to the work, I can't see why it should be giving you grief, maybe your boots are not helping?
  23. 395 will get more use, and do 99 % of the jobs, 3120 is a lovely saw, but just too big for regular work, loved mine 5houfh until it got stolen....
