  1. Top drawer!
  2. Same hymn sheet , just a different way of saying it...
  3. That's discrimination!!! Besides, he might be the only willing option.... Iv'e got a free dinner offer to the first couple to get it together, Bolam included, as long as its not one of his regulars.
  4. That's a good post There, the voice of reason, most people that slag off farmers don't know the ins & outs of the business. Sure you get some dodgy stuff going on, as you do in all walks of life, ours included.
  5. Husqvarna recommend & condone the use of Aspen, so your dealer I think is wrong, I would hazard a guess Stihl will have no problems with it's use either.
  6. Quick bump here, anyone?
  7. Chances are the neighbor is not aware of the situation behind their hedge, out of sight, out of mind. Instead of posting the provocative first post you made here, why not talk to the neighbor about your situation, it's not like it happened overnight, and find a nice favorable result if it is possible. It is always prudent to wind your neck in & be reasonable, at least to begin with, if someone decided to commit criminal damage to my property they would feel the full force of retribution,is that what you want?
  8. He would prioritize for that scrote mate, he can get me anytime...
  9. Nasty little runt of a human, My little Billy the Sh8t would have had his conkers as he made the fence.
  10. Lovely form and figure there, fine work mate!
  11. Yes...back on track...thanks Silky...phew!! Could be a market for genuinely half worn out lumberjack shirts soon lads, get your old ones on epray & see who gets the best price.
  12. Echo 360, hands down, for me, but I'm biased as I have one. It's not the fastest It's not the lightest It's about the best priced It's got a two year pro warranty It's got a normal carb It's very well built & reliable Nuff said!
  13. Jeez lads, leave something of me left when youv'e finnished tearing me up!
  14. That's why I'm still at large with no record, it's an asset.
  15. I knew you lot would give me grief!

  20. I'm ok mate, at least I don't have to waste other peoples time to get my jollies! Not having a pop at you mate, I just don't see the point in bothering the lass if your not interested in her auction, not good look for the forum.. Oh, & Iv'e got tomorrow off too.
  21. What you wasting the girls time for ya dipstick!
  22. Don't see the harm in it myself, wood is de- nailed, looking at the other sales it's just someone trying to support their family, bless them, & good luck for trying, better than sitting in & just moaning about life.
  23. My tes 260 is a few years old now & still going strong, ( that is the little Echo ), the 360 is still newish, but feels a good strong saw that will last too. I too would reccomend them to anyone, they won't let you down, like them or not.
  24. Glad you spelt the last bit right mate, & yes, you are!
  25. A good and timely series of questions, I have a couple of theories as to how we are targeted. Obviously we stand out like a sore thumb on work days, we have adverts, we have our details & purchases on dealer computers, ( which can possibly be compromised ), and we have the good old word of mouth grapevine. Sure there are others.. So getting 'pinged' is all but unavoidable. I was photographed in my vehicle, and followed, I took a detour and pulled over in a country lane, my followers passed on by. I assume they wanted my reg no to trace an address and do the ground work either by google earth and/or, a straightforward walk round. Either way they attacked my lockup from a well researched and strategic direction. It's my opinion that it is a good idea to register any vehicles overtly related to your business, to a different address to your kit. Same for business address, etc. Also make sure you perform healthy anti surveillance tactics in general whilst on a return trip. Security measures speak for themselves, but nothing wrong with some 'alternative & imaginative' measures, they are best if they are one offs, to give a thief a new experience to adapt to and deter. At the end of the day, if they want to hit you they have the upper hand to start with, minimize that by trying to lower your profile & traceabillity & set multiple hidden deterrents on top of your visible security....make it hard for them on the ground.
