  2. Blue tack a bit of white toilet paper (1 of 2 skins),or tracing paper over the flash for a cheep difuser, works a treat.
  3. Why not use concrete ones, they are available, won't rot, last for years, and you won't break your neck on them. Bradstone etc do them in a variety of styles. Makes more sense to me! stepping stones Scroll to the botom of the page, they do 'concrete planks' too, spoilt for choice and senible option!

  8. Often the way mate, but if you give me the cash, when a good one comes up I can lend you the money to buy it.
  9. Mine has been bombproof, great little machine,a good one will come up soon,no point buying one with trouble, smells of abuse & lack of maintenance. Knackered rocker assembly sounds like lack of oil change to me,they dont realy burn any oil,but a frequent oil & filter renders the honda engine completely reliable.
  10. Never had a problem with mine mate, sounds a bit strange for a honda engine,be carefull.
  11. Maybe try: North American Clutch Corporation (NORAM) : Centrifugal Clutches Combidrive: home page centrifugal clutch, Vehicle Parts Accessories, Business, Office Industrial, Sporting Goods items at low prices on eBay.co.uk Hope one of these helps mate.
  12. Easy to find reasons not to report it,but it could have happened to a loved one or old person, these people get away with it due to complacency and intimidation. Do your best mate!

How is te 330t compared to the 200t stihl, might get one?
  14. Don't rise to it mate, not worth it over a bit of road rage, you will feel better about it in a day or so. Write down all the info you have on them, and I would report it to the old bill, more so if you have a dent or dammage to the landy, the fact he threatened you not to tell the cops sugests he could have a bit of previous. You didn't fight with him as there was no need, that doesnt mean he can control you by telling you what not to do!
  15. I'm 50,no worries...just a few aches until I get warmed up!

I have run the little tes 270 top handle for a year and love it. It isnt anything like my 200t,but has proved reliable and a joy to use on reductions and conny hedges etc. I also use one of their blowers,no probs.
  18. They are great,nice work!
  19. I would't wory about your spelling mate, most of us are sidlexick anyway!
  20. If you are a chainsaw newby, then buy a known brand, and stick to a 15 inch bar or less, saves you touching your toes with the thing if you are cutting up a tree you have felled(sneding). Also do yourself a favour and get chainsaw boots & trousers, and a helmet.
