  1. Looks like a 'bow less cupid lunge' Nice one Hamma:001_smile:
  2. I was told this by a good landy spanner man, makes sense to me.
  3. Great to hear that Steve, hope it works out for other owners.
  4. Found a bicycle & rotted out mattress grown into one amongst the other detrius, another with loads of cricket balls wedged in it on a boundry with playing fields,so that one was doing its job for the house owner!
  5. The one that can cause the saw to sieze is the H screw turned in clockwise, leaning out the mixture, not one to play with without some knowledge & an ear for a two stroke engine. If you mess up with the L screw you will just loose your nice steady tickover,& affect the initial throttle response.
  6. Have to agree Martyn1,a usefull tool to have.
  7. You wont hurt the saw with the 'L' screw, just go 1/4 turn & see how it is,might make the tickover drop down & need adjusting on the LA to get it back(clockwise to raise the revs at tickover). Sorry,Spud beat me to the punch.
  8. What price were they going for?

Nice second camera, the leicas I have start at the 1930's to the red dial one which I think was 50's. They are L39 screw mount, but I think there were quite a few different lens brands that could fit.
  10. Get some motorcycle helmet visor demist stuff, great for stopping the misting up of glasses.
  11. I would think anti clock wise 1/4 turn to start with, but I dont have the 201.

    Poplars

Better than nothing, but I tend to leave it on the 'heap to be nicked',its not a valued burning wood.
  13. I think some of the dealers in the side bar here do, But I would work out what you want & snoop about for the best deals if you have time, then build your kit up as you go.

Oh no my dear sir,a leica rangfinder, fully booted:001_smile:,got three of them, click the image if you want to see a few more pics of them. Yours is a very nice camera,a colector would love that.
  15. I can suffer that,, seeing as there is a glimmer of truth to it! Felix, did you forget my medication the other day?,I'm slipping back to where I was before they put me on it.
  16. Only when we can put up with each other,,yes,we get a day or two a week to upset each other.

Is that an old box brownie? I bet you bought it new realy,, Nice old camera me old china!
  22. Spilt me harveys bristol cream when I read that, superb.
  23. I use a few basic ones, makes sense to have a couple for safety,Felix the chopper often gives me a hand signal, but its not realy tree work related,& I probably deserve it !
  24. I would not be ashamed by it mate, half of us on here are dyslexic,me included,I had a hell of a time at boarding school from the age of 9 till I got thrown out at 16,had nowhere to go & ended up in a rough caravan on any place I could get a stop. A lot of people are held back from their true potential by it,doesnt make them a bad person,or mean they deserve ridicule,Id rather be dyslexic than an ignorant 'bully' type any day.
  25. Nothing wrong with a bit of light hearted banter in my opinion, but it is wrong in any books if the person on the recieving end makes it clear they dont like it,or are offended, and continue to get it thrown at them,(we all have bad days or are sensitive about certain things),anyone who doesnt understand that has no valid opinion in my books,I agree with Felixthechopper on this one.
