  1. If you like your 254's you should get your spares ordered soon, pistons and rings etc as we have been informed by our friendly local husky dealer that Husqvarna will soon be discontinuing spares for the 254. Has anyone else heard this? or is it just shop talk?

  5. Hi-Lux is an awesome truck - good offroad and good sloggers. Very light on the back end, but great on the hill. Navaras are **** - they blow up for fun - Majorly expensive parts. Often blow up after 70,000m I know a guy who has just had the crank go through his sump. L200's are better than the Navara but also ****, also blow up for fun - telephone numbers for prices on parts. I have a 2002 L200, I love it unfortunatley but she is so expensive on parts and after 100,000M theyre pretty much knackered. Ford Ranger - The Forestry Commission's favourite motor - great offroad and serious work horses, used throughout the country by the FC rangers. Also used by councils, network rail and utility companies. Mazda - a ford in disguise (or is it the other way round?) Landrover - practical but uncomfortable, expensive and more often than not unreliable electronically. just MHO
