on what grounds did you get it made exempt,as any thing over 3.5t requires an o, liesence, would be handy info for others thinking of getting 1, is it involved in full time forest/agri, or just domestic work.

dean. if its for storing of equipment allied to permitted use of the land ,ie storage of kit , no , an office type building is a differant thing , if i recall correct ,thats why i dont have 1, @ my place ,best thing would be to make it in the bak of a container, so to look like storage .if you get mi drift
