  2. i would check the paper work as it may only be a footpath access or bridle path, a chitchat to yr local land agent should clear it up

  10. yr rate depends on how good you are ,you may class yr sen as a good climber others may differ ,contract climbing is a diffrant ball game ,folk paying top doller for a climber ,want top results ,think before letting yr sen in for this wen selling yr self ,that all imo
