NZ appeals to me more, mainly due to the mountain sports, moneys never been my motive but i would like to not be worrying about money all the time like UK. Wheres a good place to start in NZ, auckland im guessing?

  12. Hey there folks, Anyone in OZ or NZ tell me what the crack is re. quals and visa's. Iv'e been told that they aren't too bothered for working holidays but what about longer term? Would ISA Cert Arb do? Is there any preference from employers? Any information would be appreciated, Many thanks in advance

  20. What diameter rope ya slicing bro, i use liros/marlow, 1mm is good for ya small dia stuff and 1.5 for your climbing lines...

  23. Can always disconnected your dbrt system, pop a ring on it and bowline to the ring with a tail, same principle as the buttlerfly just no rope on rope and i find it frees up easier.... F8, munters or 8 to reduce friction and your away. Let me know if you want a pic bro
  24. As peter and ewan said! I generally chuck a throwline up as ewan said as i often forget to leave end of my rope over a branch...
