  2. Sixstrings, I'm in staffs if you want a rec climb got loads of sweet trees to play in. What you want to know SRT for access or work positioning? Can run you through both if you can get across, I'm just off the A5 nr Gailey.

One or two of the yellowwoods had some brackets, I'll see if i can dig out a pic for you at some point. Worcs: That was me on the act safe first time round, Drew on it the next shot I think. Ye great album, It was my "soundtrack to Africa" while I was out there before we started climbing so it seemed fitting to use it. Glad you all enjoyed it.

  16. These trees where planted in early 1900's, they have grown stupidly quick! Tallest known planted trees in the world, and Tallest known in Africa for sure. The video was actsafe to 62m, We ascended on rope wrenches and set the actsafe line for drew. I'm sure a video of his knee will appear soon enough, lots more to come we just want to do a good job of editing it all!

    Any offcuts

    Ask in your local arbshop, or ring them. Mine gave me the offcuts for pennies! I'd even go for the rigging offcuts as larger dia is looser therefore easier... Good luck
  20. I got my hollow fids from samson in the states.. They are useless for double braid under 14mm in my opinion, (maybe loose 12/13mm). Piano wire wins for db!
