  1. peltor headsets, bluetooth. 178 quid a piece, muffs slip straight onto stihl and stein hats. fantastic 200m range
  2. the green stuff chipped ok, if you keep plenty of wood going through with the green its ok, but keep reversing the rollers and rake out the chewed up crap stuff and bin, the actual wood chipped beautifully:001_cool:

  4. just go online and get one, then you can change things to suit, its all above board . i just did the last one with the lad sitting there, it was to his benefit as some of the rules can be a bit harsh imo:001_smile:
  5. i love doing pops, they cut like butter, but they do get some sway, i did one in glasgow that was behind tenements. they were 7 high and it towered above them. on the ground it was fine, but when it stuck its head above the buildings it was really blowy. it resulted in me knocking 57feet of pop into a back garden and sending a clothes pole to oz, knocking another 30 feet ontop of it then felling the stem into the garden, we had a giant rope bounced off a big cherry through a gate and onto a mog. it was just over 120feet high, biggest i have done. but i have seen ones that make it look like a baby, i love the big limbs that are about 7 feet high and about 18 inches wide.
  6. just buy the ethernet adapters, plug one into your hub then into a wall socket and likewise where you are using the computer. wireless is crap. especially hte old bt hubs like mine:thumbdown:they were 50 quid johny
  7. aphids??they stripped loads of sitcas down with us years ago, but the ones i didnt fell, came back lovely:blushing:
  8. our council has been doing this for years now, our local lawnmower guy bought the machine to test them. since i have cut back my hours and reduced the amount of hedgecutting i am doing my hands are a lot better

  14. 3 months for me mate, after about 7 days it got better, so i beasted a sitca felling job as a favour for my dads friend, thats when i really did the damage, couldnt move, agony. kept struggling on, i had to change everything i did, i used the hiab for everything, could hardlt press the leavers. dont make the same mistake, must have cost me about 10k, no more enduro bikes for me
  15. reg, yuo are a true craftsman, and so are your groundsmen, you guys make it look so easy, now that is an art in its own. you must of spent hundreds of hours working and tweaking and i bet its cost you a lot in wages and time. hope you sell hundreds if not thousands mate. there is no reason you shouldnt. looks great:001_cool:
