  3. Thanks for the replies The tree is leaning towards a log cabin with permanent residents with the prevailing wind behind it. Cabins about 30ft from the base of the tree. The rd was put in long after the tree was there.
  4. I've never used the entech so can't comment on them. The cs is an amazing little machine, we have carried it up and down stairs, through houses and hiabed it over walls. It holds its on on big conifer aswell . You know what you want, your budget now have the confidence to do it your way 😃
  5. Just buy a cs100, I did 5 years ago, and also a tracked barrow, I've put it on it once, it worked but tbh the chipper is so easy to manoeuvre the barrow hindered it
  6. Well spotted Jesse, I just did some googling on the little fella.
  7. Tree Pruning, Felling and Surgery in the Cairngorms Carrbridge
  8. If that machine takes work away from you climbing, your climbing stuff that doesn't need to be. Climbing is for in towns and cities.

  12. I need scientific stuff guys, I'd fell it because my head says too, just because I've been doing it long enough to know when it's time up, but I need to use words to explain why 😳😀
  13. Reasons please gentleman! And not because its January 😀
  14. Road on 1 side built up around 3 ft. There is damage on the thick bark a couple of feet up the trunk , could this be buckling of some kind ?and what looks like gold paint on the bark.
  15. Clean forgot, I've been too busy doing nothing! 😄Glad I've not missed it.
  16. Only for the tracked dumper mate, that way with some rearranging of levers, a pto chipper and chip body, Then it wouldbe an amazing self propelled unit for not much money
  17. Maybe in a few months we could all go for a Sunday drive like the old days without having to price 3 jobs, visit friends and do the shopping aswell!!!😀
  18. An easy thing to do with either Greenmech or jeabeux. Some box section, a hinge, and a rolling floor. The vacuum is brilliant! Don't know how to do that! Every chipper should have that option. I heard some older American models did!
  19. We have a contender for best micro set up here I think, I wonder if it has wheels?
