  1. #GE2015 Ed Balls asked for recount after trailing by 200 or so votes, I am hearing from a thus far reliable source
  2. Apparently Ed Balls' constituency is having a recount?! Crike.
  3. Stock market response?!...
  4. South of Gretna anyway...
  5. People have such short memories; they ballsed it up last time (and do every time; nice one Ramsey McDonald, The Boneless Wonder), why do they need reminding again??? Madness.
  6. Just massively misinterpreted.
  7. No it's still BS! They made the price up ("also shocked" is just another extra fabricated old chestnut), is trying it on with some blatent lies and hoping you'll fall for it. No other contractor quoted £200, of that I'm 99% certain unless they're a proper unpro numpty.
  8. 1) Who told you it was £200? Can only imagine it being the customer; well I wonder why they told you that?! :001_rolleyes: smells very strongly of BS.
  9. This is great to see; along with the diver on the other thread. Good wholesome and touching carvings.
  10. I had the yellow one (T-max); nowt wrong with the winch but the cable was poor quality - untwisted itself inside the winch - had to destroy the winch to get the mangled cable out.
  11. I've got a Genmac 7900RE (for sale). Genmac - Generators - PROFESSIONAL GASOLINE PORTABLES SERIES Open Gasoline Generators. From 3300W to 12kVA. 5Kw on 240v, 8kVa on 400v 3-phase - it does both. Rolls Royce of petrol gennys; was £2300 new ouch!!!
  12. I liked that; nothing too freaky
  13. That has to be my absolute favourite ever.
  14. Yep prop mount bearing in the middle is a classic; make sure you put the mount the right way round; some have pads on one side of the bracket holes. Another possible is torque mounting arm that has a rubber bush; sits between chassis and transfer box. You might also have a another UJ gone - sure I put a thread up on here with photos of knackerd uj spider - OEM fault - no grease line to one of the 4 bearings.
  15. You could have 10 of him and they'd still be busy. He was in devon on monday, cornwall tues am, dorset tues pm and in norfolk first thing Weds... must be crazy hours and miles...
  16. Ring Richard Court mate; he's an OSA enthusiast x 1000000000000000 He'll know what it is and have the parts...
  17. Crikey! DO NOT SCRAP! Beauties.
  18. There's not doubt some users have a way of busting machines and others just keep them sweet. My 30 y/o echo has worked every season for all those years tho; I just look after it, it's not difficult.
  19. He has them plural, not one! He gets 2 or 3 years out of one and then it's had it, dunno why he keeps buying them, just refuses to see the light. Every Echo machine I've bought has never needed to be replaced, so I've only one for each catagory / purpose i.e one clearing saw, one hedge cutter, one strimmer/brushcutter. Oldest machine is nigh on 30 y/o and in perfect condition, only sharpened as neccessary.
  20. 84 DL 25" Oregon 3/8 75LPX Chain Loop - between £22 and 30* inc. 84 DL Oregon 18HX .404 Harvester Chain Loop - £10. More meat, half the price or less*
  21. SH did have it on his radar this week as was looking at the logset 5f but reluctant due to rear bunk extension being weak. I know the 840 at rcfm been worked really hard all its life and don't want to go that big. Wouldn't mind a rottne myself but just don't exist for the age and hours I want. Yes that 840 has that look about it doesn't it!
  22. The Bruunett was made to carry two bays of 2m pulp; you can get 2 x 2.2's on there but 2.3's forget it - they just fall off the back. I'm very happy carrying 3.1 chip and try to go a bit higher due to the lost space at the back and of course 12s and 16s are great - more productive. Given the sizes you mention, the 820 and 810 are indeed the right size machine for you. 830 will perhaps be my next machine since I can't find a TJ810 either! Failing that it will be an 840 or 5F. elmsdown - SH from Logset had your 830 on his radar last time he emailed me; I've been looking for a new forwarder for some time; wanted a Rottne F12 but the early bird caught the worm and I was too slow.
