Self employed and sub myself out aswell as running my own little buisness on the side? Travel? or go work in tescos stacking shelves, thats where the money seems to be lol
  2. Cheers for that mate! Will try that tommorow just to put my mind at rest
  3. I was tarvelling across some rough ground and it just seemed to be struggling, which got me thinking soemthing was up and i got this idea in my head... But now you've reminded me of that, it makes sense as to why i lost traction. I think everythings alright guys, just me being paranoid lol Diff light comes on when i engage difflock edit, went for a drive in it just now and on the road its fine, no noises and seems to drive OK got its mot in a couple weeks so i may just ask them to have a quick look if i still got any suspicions. I should just stop worrying though
  4. I was hoping to go into the field but some buggers dumped some rubbish in the way I somehow got the idea in my head that 4wd wasnt working right, not really sure how. I now wanna check it, its annoying me not knowing lol
  5. Right guys, help required once again. Abit of a daft question, and the answers probably staring me in the face but i just cant think atm. Whats the easiest way to check i have 4wd, or drive to both axles? I have a feeling i only have 2wd atm, but i havnt had anything go bang, and theres no strange noises when i drive. Probably just me being paranoid lol
  6. Charcoal, a mate of mine takes it.
  7. Just watched this, and well, range rover was the best i rest my case. Landrovers rule, jap crap is just that... crap
  8. Im sure ive seen it on an oak, was a while ago though. Next time im passing said tree il see if i can spot anything.
  9. Not sure what i prefere, the tractor or the cossy! lol
  10. i watched the full series of this the other day, it was abit out of date. I think the programe is a few years old. Still made good viewing
  11. Yh it was mate, i just edited the link in.
  12. Google tells me 8ton, or 17,640 lbs http://www.hud-son.com/JL60T.htm
  13. We were aloud as many attempts as we needed to get a tree hung up? Although obviously its in your interest to hang it up first time
  14. I found CS32 the most enjoyable out of all the CS tickets ive done. Go for it mate, nothing better than felling a big tree
  15. Did they not get number 1? Wheyyyyy!!!
  16. I want some snow! So i can go and play in my landrover! :D
  17. Cheers stevie, im gonna try find myself a few of them! My pile is sat on pallets already, but by using the fencing i can make my piles higher as i havnt got alot of room
  18. Where would you suggest picking those "fences" up to stevie? They look brilliant for utilising the space in my small yard!
  19. Our u1200 starts first time in the summer and winter. Although it is stored in a barn and run on white
  20. I read the review in the LRO magazine, they seemed to preform very very well.
  21. Il second that, been using cooper stt tyres on my landrover and they are just as good off road as the bfg mud terrains but they seem to be wearing rather quickly. When compared to my mates bfg mud terrains of the same size his are out lasting mine by a long shot, i will fork out and get mud terrains next time. They have a new tred pattern out aswell which is meant to be even better that the old one!
  22. Yh i know what you mean mate, tbh im happy there. I climb more and more than him these days and am working to try and make the job safer. He has new friction cord but preferes to use his old stuff most the time? Will try and perswade him to buy the new lowering device by reg coates, not sure if you've seen it? Also some new lowering rope, and as im doing more of the climbing hopefully it will be looked after abit better
  23. I know what you mean mate, as both a climber and groundie i would prefere to have it run through pulleys and rigging blocks all the time. But my boss is abit old school to say the least, using old glazed lowering ropes and he climbs on friction cord which is 9years old Ohwell im trying to show him the error of his ways over time lol
