  1. For selling firewood i just put an advert in the local paper, word it in such a way so that yours it at the top of the list (You get about 10people advertising in our local paper) Worked a treat for me, had loads of calls!
  2. Ex service men always seem to do well in this industry Best of luck!
  3. Did knowbody tell him not to point a gun at someone unless you want to kill them Or did he really get on richs nerves?
  4. What saws and stuff have you got for sale? My mates got one of these, turned it into a motocross van. Its great
  5. I assume your asking about the finished picture of said tree? Personally i dont like it, but we dont know what the spec was. Im a believer in taking out a tree when it gets to big and replanting with a suitable replacment instead of reductions.
  6. Was just having a laugh mate Sounds like the clutch could be seized, as in its engadged and stuck in that position. Just clean the clutch parts out, see if the springs are all intact. Easy to see on huskys as they've got out board clutches.
  7. Firstly this is why i use stihl (sorry had to get it in before anyone else did) The clutch going wouldnt make the saw stop, just stop the chain going around. Have you been using the correct fuel mix, cleaned and checked fuel lines and filters? We have had water in the carb before on one of our saws, made it run like a pile of poo. Hope its sorted soon, its a pain when saws go down.
  8. I will always leave with the money in my pocket, always cash. If i unload and they refuse to pay i will load the logs back on the truck and remember never to deliver to them again
  9. Do you not insist on COD?
  10. Could try hi-line or arboricare (there local to me) they do most the line clearence around my way.
  11. Which chipper you using? lol I'd imagine the big truck and bandit would give the best impression, would attract the big kid in everyone to come over and have a look to
  12. Ideally to stop mud clogging you needs to run them at low pressure, but this isnt really practical as you ideally need beadlock rims. Or just spin the tyres up so the mud flicks off
  13. Not using them... yet! There meant to be the dogs! Read great reviews about them. Tbh if there just as good as previous BFG mud terrains then id be happy Ive got cooper stt's on my landrover at the moment, when it comes to grip i cant complain at all, its just they are wearing quicker than my mates mud terrains. My next tyres will be these new mud terrains
  14. Same for me, although probably not best in the long run. Especially as im only a young'n
  15. Dunno how well it will chip. Just watch where you dump the chip though, bloodys stuff grows anywhere! But hey, if its in france who cares
  16. I dont usually do anything, cant be doing with the fuss. Also everysince i made myself really ill on cider a couple months ago i just dont seem to be able to drink the stuff like i used to I might go down the local, but its a fair walk. Suspect il be fast asleep bythe time midnight arrives.
