  1. Many a time. I think Jesse on here probably holds the record!
  2. It was inside a decay cavity at the base of the tree. Trees coming down anyway just trying to find out what it is out of interest more than anything
  3. Anybody able to help ID this? Found at the base of a poplar. Thanks
  4. Got 3000 odd hardwood stumps to dispose of, there being dug up with a slew as we speak but not sure what to do with them now. From trees with an average diameter of about 15inches. Shredder, air burner, mulcher? Would someone burn them in biomass boilers? Cheers
  5. We got some going for chip shortly. Can't remember what rates are but seems the only way to shift it.
  6. We once had to crane some stems with bats in and attach them to some other trees on site which were staying so as not to disturb bats to much. Seemed daft but got paid for it so 👍
  7. I remember that, Cleeve hotel. We did have some fun over the years 👍
  8. Found the video, forgot I put it on you tube! Unloading Hilux The Correct Way!:
  9. And reason we didn't get a video of it landing in the truck was because we were laughing to much! Was a funny day that, until we ran over the cat 😁
  10. Good relationship with my dealer
  11. Broke a couple of the older ones but tbh wasn't really worried buy it. Climbed on them whilst broken till new one arrived. Guess I'm using a mk3 now as it's not broken and has been faultless. It's changed the way i climb and work, tis brilliant 👍
  12. Just replace with new ones and sell the worn ones on ebay 👍
  13. My mate holds the under18 500m record. That's about all I know about rowing lol
  14. Either don't tie in or clip into your belt loop on your trousers
  15. You can't compare them to the petrol top handles we've got use to using IMO. They are however really useful for the right application. We've been working in a hospital where it's obviously abit noise sensitive and it's been invaluable.
  16. What you bought now? Seen the trailer on ebay
  17. Just buy new and sell old ones on ebay
  18. Funny you say that. My mates just got his out on site today as his new husky and stihl both broke. Pulled it out the container after its been sat for over a year and it's working faultlessly.
  19. My old 200t used to do that. It was the needle roller bearing
  20. My mate made a homemade defuser to put on the end of a tracked timberwolf spout. Chip would just then fall into a dumpy bag which was supported by a quick release frame that attached to the chipper. Should of taken pics of it really
  21. I used to work with jesse, then when his business structure changed I got the nudge off him go it alone. Best thing I did! I've got in with a local company who I climb for on any spare days. So with what I do for myself and with them I always have plenty of work. Go for it, its great being your own boss! Oh and jesse is still a good friend
  22. Coincidence, superstition all a load of rubbish.
  23. Monday because the pubs shut.
  24. Chain brake? What's that?? :what::what:
