  1. Does anyone know where I might get something like this in the Uk or Ireland?
  2. May have misunderstood you, though you meant a bulker of processed wood..
  3. You would really want to get the dimensions of the trailer. I recently priced an 'artic load' of ash and the guy selling it claimed it was 50m3. Ive yet to enquire what the dimensions of the body are, but id imagine it would want to be a 40ft'er
  4. Is tightly stacked worth £150 per m3? Online Firewood | Oak & Ash Firewood
  5. Would there be much difference in quantity between 2m3 of tightly stacked wood as in the pic below and wood 'thrown' in to a 1m3 bag? In other words, how much would be left to go in the third bag!
  6. I had a feeling this thread would generate interest!
  7. Probably not useable, but this pic aint bad.. Home Fuel Supplies for sale in Meath - DoneDeal.ie
  8. POSCH Leibnitz - Woodspliter, Circular Saws, Cut Splitters It looks that way, and I agree. Even a 370 mm will be too small at times. No point having a processor that only takes half your cordwood:001_unsure: (obviously if its cheap enough, you can always resell it with profit!)
  9. giving out up to 5 times as much heat as standard firewood & logs. The above is a pretty bold statement, especially if a 'standard' log is seasoned...
  10. Interesting to see the back door in its new position
  11. Is the Atlas trailer manufactured in the UK?
  12. Not sure what you mean? There is no clock ticking on the tractors value?
  13. I agree totally with the above and presuming your tractor is a MF 250 (great little yoke:thumbup1:) pto is the way to go, as you will be guaranteed good oil flow. What have you got btw Stephen?
  14. £24750 I think, but its some mark up! Fair play if he can get it. The same dealer has a very good name in the agri world. Sam, I would be very sick if I were you. In fact in a weird way I almost feel I missed out on a great earner myself!
  15. Sam, you never clarified, was it sold at auction?
  16. A question for the people that have started in the Firewood business in the last year or two.. Is there a reasonable income to be made?
  17. How much, if you dont mind me asking?
  18. Softwood I would think.
  19. I may be wrong, but I think craftsman are the same as (or made by) Husqvarna. I know my local husqvarna dealer sells both partner and craftsman ride ons, and they look identical to the orange ones bar the colour.
  20. Are you sure "loan" is the right word?!
  21. I would pay extra for the low mileage one provided the condition and history match whats on the clock. You will get a lot of work out of it before it reaches 100k. We bought an 05 Golf Tdi 2 years ago with just under 100k on it. Price was good, but a clutch, manifold and other smaller bits have since been replaced at a cost of over 2k. Wont be buying high mileage again.
