    6 Nations

Its that time of year again when the 6 nations go head to head! I think Wales will win it again but i`m ever hopefull of a good Scottish performance. I`m heading up for the Italy and Ireland games at Murrayfield. Win or lose, however its normally lose, I always look forwards to the nights out after, Edinburgh is always buzzing! Was going up for the Wales game but its on Sunday which is a bit annoying! Anybody else going to any of the games?

  20. When I first started, my boss at the time had me deadwooding big oaks. He made me go right out on this little limb at the top of this 70ft oak to get this tiny bit of dead. My rope was anchored below me(about 5ft) and I had non-ajustable lanyard which were a nigtmare. No pruning saw, just a Husky 141 and it took me ages to get out on it and plenty of disco leg!! All learning experience though.
  21. Whats the highest tree you have all climbed? I did a 140ft Douglas Fir in Scotland but aint been near that height again. Would love to do some seed collecting on trees in S. America jungles and go proper high!
