  1. I tipped about 2 tonnes of beech rings up the yard yesterday afternoon, so I’ll handball them onto the stack tomorrow to check the op was successful.
  2. All sorted today fellas, back home now. Consultant really pleased how it went. The tear on my rhs is the yellow area top right in the first pic. Thanks for all the good advice, appreciated. Good luck next week Darrin.
  3. I’d be well happy with that Gareth, looks great. Tough climbing, and thinking, for sure. I bet yours will be a lot different Mick, client demanding ‘value for money’.
  4. He’s still up there.
  5. I don’t think you could though? If the council have a facility like that and they screw it up, how can you be held responsible? Go back to the ‘90’s when you had to send a letter in requesting TPO status? Maybe Jules can confirm the position? @daltontrees
  6. That’s brilliant Mark! 😂
  7. My mate has the Predator 460 Stu, and gets on very well with it. You still have to do a bit of manual work, which I know you’re used to, but it’s only swivelling. It seems a very capable machine, and he’s done some biggish nasty stumps with it.
  8. Good luck with it Alec. I drove over to Morpeth last week from Elsdon, and there was some carnage along the way. As Mike says @MattyF might be able to help, or help with recommendations. Everyone will be hellish busy. Harvester will be quickest, and 10’ should give you access for one if the driver breathes in!
  9. That’s not a man or a woman. It’s a beast.
  10. What are they like loading onto a tipper up decent ramps Doobin? That would suit my plan best. Any future pics appreciated.
  11. Prep is key. Clean out the hex head completely, then use brute force with exactly the right size allen key or driver. Using a vice will help.
  12. Talk us through it Alex. Must have been some night. Hope your Czech hookers and coke stash got off ok before you rolled it. There’s Christmas parties, and there’s AHPP Christmas parties….
  13. Don’t waste your money. Just live with it and enjoy your front garden that your neighbours don’t have.
  14. As above. So dependent on weight, build, body type, climbing style etc., so many variables. We have a girl on the team now and she’s got on fine with a TM, Sequoia and my Koala, but she’ll try more before she buys. The Simarghu Gemini (excuse the spelling ) is designed for women I believe.
  15. Not long in with mine Pete, they love the woods at dusk/dark.
  16. The sentiment is spot on though Mick.
  17. Aye, that cladding looks great J.
  18. Aye, looked a ballache of a drag and hump-out that. Big tree.
  19. I will check him out mate. 👍
  20. Really enjoyed his comedy. Thanks for the laughs Jethro. RIP
  21. Ouch Alex! What are peoples thoughts on the Cast Worky Quads? Big pluses for me are really narrow access capability and extremely local dealer, but I haven’t demo’d one yet.
  22. Not interested in that, but louder sounds good. I’ll get one.
  23. He was just being polite, I hope. What next, West Coast dawgs?
  24. It’s ok, he’s not American.
