  1. What width is that bucket mate? My WQ is 900 wide with the larger tyres, so was thinking it made sense to keep the bucket the same, or slightly less than the overall width of the machine.
  2. Thanks Tim, that price seems on point.
  3. As Tim says, there’s a great thread in large equipment ‘Opico Skidster and Sherpa mini loaders’. I got a Worky Quad last year as well. On the right job it’s a game changer. Like Tim, I wish it came out more often, but if it comes out once a month it pays for itself.
  4. I need a bucket for my Worky Quad. Avant buckets seem a fair bit cheaper and much more readily available. The headstocks are meant to be compatible, but if I get an Avant bucket will it fit straight on?
  5. I don’t mind paying tax, I’ve paid quite a lot over the years. It’s more what it’s spent, or not spent, on. And the blatant theft that is inheritance tax.
  6. Alex, I was jesting, but Clutchy has summed it up pretty well, as highlighted by Billy above. A couple of mates have ended up in deep shit after their Ltd. co’s went pop, including a house repossession.
  7. My mate in HMP Durham.
  8. How are you ‘fully operational’ without a truck and chipper?
  9. Or work.
  10. Thanks guys. I stopped being Ltd when it became a bane financially, and also because I realised as a Director I wasn’t half as insulated as I thought I’d be, regarding house etc. The rules may have changed a bit, we’re talking 15 years ago. My bar-talk thoughts would be ST is absolutely fine unless you want to go bigger and run a bigger show with multiple crews etc., then Ltd. is probably the way forward. @Clutchy will have a far better grasp than me, I’m just a bitter and twisted old bastard who hates anything to do with tax.
  11. Great to see what it’s bringing in Marcus. Hopefully the hens will have a brood.
  12. Can you explain the last paragraph in more detail Billy?
  13. That’s a very valid point mate. I would be very surprised if their snouts weren’t in the trough though.
  14. My bad, politicians wouldn’t lie, would they? Rishi Sunak stays tight-lipped over Infosys - The New European WWW.THENEWEUROPEAN.CO.UK The latest scandals and gossip from Westminster and Fleet Street
  15. Why not just take them out and plant something decent?
  16. Tight spot there mate!
  17. The Labour Party will never be taken seriously when she is part of it.
  18. It’s like Mick said. Nothing on there is particularly impressive on it’s own, but when you’ve handballed thousands of tonnes of it in the past you really appreciate the benefits.
  19. Aaron?
  20. You have no idea Mick. I’m waiting for Klou to make the ‘wipe my arse and lace my boots’ attachment.
  21. That’s why I bought a loader Mick. 11 years too late…. I sub to my mates Treevolution, but at £300. They know what a mini loader can, and more importantly, can’t, do. They do me favours as well though. Anyone who knows the value they can bring could swallow £400.
  22. That would explain it then Steve. He probably sold them to some Americans for £2m and has been on the lash in Vegas ever since….
  23. I remember that machine well John, kind of set you on the road towards mechanical power. A takedown where you used the Boxer coupled with a GRCS to rig some big stems comes to mind. I knew you were onto a winner, so quickly followed you 11 years later.
