  1. Actually that is pretty good compared to some I have seen in selby the past week or so and all done by well known contractor aswell!
  2. Pretty much what I have been told, it's mostly big wigs gone pc mad that insist on it, one school o was asked not to work when the kids were out, good excuse for break and dinner!
  3. Never been asked fot it and have worked in plenty if schools, why would you need it if your not in contact with kids?
  4. Don't assume, I have seen tpo's on crap silver birches and down the same street quoted to muller 40 odd mature Beech and Oaks with nothing on them!
  5. Me too round selby area, and like you say most councils don't or won't spend good money chasing poor work unless caught in the act.

  7. The new ones are true 4x4 aren't they? As in you can actually drive them in 4 wheel drive.

    Never done it but a mate dies it, going rate is about £55 a square meter all in Inc digging out.

    Good point, what is the life cycle of these batteries?

    Overloaded

    Yeah valid points and human nature says what ever the vehicle people will over load, cost wise it's nowt for "us crusties " but for the younger ones there is a fair cost involved and there is little wonder they risk it all the time. Inspections are costing me 100 quid every 10 weeks so no biggie and i get to know my vehicle is spot on is great rather than ragging a 3.5t for a year then an mot. Just seems this county is rapped up in red tape.
