Don,t know if they have improved but a few years a go i had a titan pro petrol log splitter and what a load of junk it was!!!!! cheap chinese rubbish. get a small greenmech etc and it will last and hold some value.

I run a 560 on 3/8 chain, far better than 325.

Go for 13hp f you can however when we had our 13hp nicked i saw a replacement on earborist and thinking it was 13 i bought it only to find it was 9 when delivered, i was gutted at first but when i used it it proved an impressive little machine, only has 6 teeth and 2 men can lift it anywhere. get 13 if you can but if you get a good deal on a 9 dont dismiss it.

Compays fault and there bang too rights plain and simple, they left a 16 year old kid using a defective chipper WTF dont bang on about the kid having no comman sense the co owner seem to have even less!!!!!
