Just keep your fingers crossed they don`t return when they are out of plaster and do something nasty to your parents!!! People who steal from these folks have no concences
  6. Hey Pete Had simliar with a disco i sold years ago to a neighbour He had owned it for about 3 weeks then the gearbox/transfer box shaft sheared . He put it into a garage and they took 2k of of him for mending it! He come round one night and was asking for half of the repair bill! Yes the gearbox did clunk on pick up but it had done that all the time i owned it about 3 years with no problems, i told him of this when i sold it to him. He left my house with nothing and was fine the next time i see him, yes i felt awfull but didn`t have the funds to give him any money back. Bought as seen is what it says you have no comeback on the seller. did he sign a piece of paper accepting this? if so remind him of this. good luck and remember what would his reaction be if you bought the motor from him!

  13. I was always told if a business was viable it should be able to operate on 50% capacity or 50% extra costs. so if your looking at selling 25 cube a week do the sums on 13 per week it should wipe it`s feet good luck sam and i hope your internet businesses take off!!
  14. ahhhhhhhhhhhh, ummmmmmmmmmmmmm ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Silky?
  15. all your sales will be driven by demand, as long as you have what is on demand and good quality at a good price you might sell it.
  16. Best not to put all your eggs in one basket, more pies with more fingers in is alot safer. Problem starting on logs is the seasoning time, sell green logs first you might not get much return business.
  17. mixed bag here tonight sycamore, ash, eucalyptus, horse chestnut, hawthorn, cherry umm think thats about it:thumbup:
  18. I thought you would say dead Ash covered in Ivy and Wasps:thumbup:
  19. not sure what your doing with it but i was going to chip into it so would be handy to park chipper beside trailer and tip it up sideways. also handy to tip off the side in tight drives if needed. all depends what you what it to do. I like the Anssems because if the smooth aluminum high sides, also becarefull alot of tippers don`t come with batteries or chargers ans wireing for hooking upto your tow vehicle so tipper battery charges when you are travelling all have good and bad points. like the transit tipper or trailer options.
  20. Been looking around as well for a good size tipper. Found the Anssems will be getting my vote 3 way tip and optional high aluminium sides that look the dogs danglies. I wil be going for a 10ft 6 3 tonner when the funds permit KSX, the three-way tipper trailer - Anssems Aanhangwagens B.V. check the link bit pricey with the high sides but worth it IMO
  21. monkeyd`s stomping ground, has to be with firewood like that lying around:blushing:
