  1. It pulls the 5 ton forwarder trailer un-braked ok
  2. Just somthing from the military days it breaks up the shape when left in the wood stop scum finding it ,
  3. for 6k i would come up there change your flywheel and lick the chipper clean , what you need is a machanic not a fitter .i would find out what all the damage is then go to a couple of dealers and have it costed and hopfully say to your boss look iv'e saved you 3k
  4. Picked this up for 4k 3 years ago exellent tractor never had a proplem with it . still a basic tractor renault 75/14

  7. This is what i use it's a Zollern capstain winch it will dead pull 1.7 ton.s i run it on a husky 362 dont want to go much smaller you can go bigger it will take sthil, dolmar , you can also run it with normal rope but you cant use the cage for that , there is a vid on y-tube ,

  13. Derek has loads of spares for entec or knows a cheaper part he worked as there main fitter for many a year . i do believe somebody had a thread on here not long ago about replacment strees parts for the entec machines saturn knives are doing some good deals at the mo , and are just as good

  16. Only 1 word OPTIMA ,have a look in any good land rover mag about £ 135 had mine for 10 years and 200,000 miles it's now the chipper batt.

  18. Food dye only good for very small applications not enough colour in it , the agri dye is the best pricy but goes along way . other things i have seen people use , water based paint , concrete colouring , blue camping toilet flush , pen ink .
