  11. I use a VT and Hitch Climber Jack. Everything you've described can be called a Friction Hitch. I'm guessing that you're talking about VT's Distel's etc when you're talking about Pulleys? Thats how I voted anyway!! Tom

    I'd personally look at something like the evolution of Climbing Harnesses. That way you can give your own feedback from the Harnesses that you've used, you can go into as much detail as you need using your own personal experiances, and all the information, and pictures etc should be fairly easy to source. eg Photos of your own harness and mates/collegues set ups.
