  12. What are you climbing on now? Earlier this year i tried the 11.5mm taychon, really liked the thinner rope for speed and just how it ran in the vt, but was too hard on my hands clasping the thinner rope, when i was used to 13mm, so decided to go from the 13mm yale fire(?) to the slightly smaller diameter Imori (which is a great rope, nice feel, works well with the vt) and have now brought a 50m Tachyon I think you need to say what diameter rope you're looking for . . .
  13. Do you stretch for work Rich? Whats you're height? or BMI? 13stone here:001_smile: and at 5'11" gives me a BMI of 25.6, technically overweight:sneaky2: After doing some dynamic stretching this morning, it feels great:thumbup1:
  14. Thanks Martyn, i'll give them a go tommorrow How long will dynamic stretching last? Will i still get the benefits if i stretch before leaving home, then maybe an hour later start work?
  15. Ive got age on my side though lorry! The cold has been ok so far, but i dont smoke, and the alcohol content in my blood prevents freezing:biggrin: Thinking prevention is better than cure so niggles wont occur later in life . .
  16. Haha, the hammer drill tom
  17. I was thinking in the morning before leaving home perhaps? Might get some funny(er) looks if stretching infront of the client! Ive been thinking i should stretch for a while, then 2 weeks ago i cut and held a branch a bit too big first thing, pulled something in my shoulder which im sure could have been prevented with stretching(?) (sorted after a massage from a scantily clad swedish blonde:biggrin:)
  18. What stretches should i be doing and when in the day?? I know a basic few, but since i stopped kickboxing 5 years ago, ive forgotten, and my movement has really suffered, my upper body and arms have suffered the most, i used to be able to link hands really easily behind me, one arm over and behind, one arm behind and up, now i struggle to touch fingertips one way, and am about 6inchs shy the other:thumbdown: Any names of stretches i can youtube? Thanks!
