  1. Got to say I really don't like my protos!! 1: far too heavy. 2: the cradle set up gives me a headache. 3: the sweat band keeps falling off (that really winds me up) 4: just feels really big on your head. I've now gone back to my trusty old vertex vent...far better helmet in my opinion.
  2. I really don't get all the slagging off with the 201...I think it's absolutely fine, I really don't have a problem with mine!! What 2 stroke oil are you all using? Just a hunch but is it that that's causing the problems????
  3. All rain jackets are crap!!! You get wet from the neck, the sleeves and sweat. I have the Cut & Climb jacket and to be honest I don't see what every one raves about. It's really no different to any other mid range waterproof! Just my opinion but I really wouldn't spend the fortunes these jackets are!! I know I'm not in the future.
  4. I had one on demo a couple of weeks ago...yea it was pretty good! Trouble is it had I think a 16inch bar on it...which was far too big for a topper but saying that it still powered through! Oh also the chain brake is still useless, awkward to to pull off!
  5. Forget the green wheel!!! Get a standard angle grinder and a diamond disc and sharpen the teeth on the machine....it takes 10 mins to do a set!
  6. Seen that picture before!....to be honest that doesn't look like a very well cared for machine...
  7. Those small files for the MS 150...not sure of the size.
  8. I wouldn't bother with the load handler for that amount of chip...I had a hicap Landy with one & broke it within 2 months...to be fair it's not designed to shift the amount I put in the truck. I've now converted to a tipper! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  9. I can highly recommend Charles as well!! Knows jensens inside out
  10. Forgot to say how I resolved the problem....of all things it was the starter motor. Changed it and now she's as good as gold!!!
  11. Thanks pete really usefull tips.
  12. Just wondering if their are any hints or tips before I attemp to change the wheel and bearings tomorrow. It looks simple enough but I have been caught out before.
  13. Had them for a while now...the crotch is starting to go!! And got a couple of small holes which have got no bigger over time. Would I buy them again?? Probably yes because they are so comfy...but in my opinion they don't last as long as stretch airs, but you pay your money and makes your choice.
  14. Can you do mine for £500?
  15. I'm looking at converting my 110 hi cap to a high sided tipper. Can anyone recommend a company to do the conversion and roughly how much it would be? Any comments welcome
  16. Had them for a month now..and proving to be very good. I usually wear stretch air glads and these are much lighter and more comfortable to wear, only time will tell on the longevity...
  17. Try kps or balcombe estate... Not sure if they could but it's worth a go
  18. It's all very well having priciples..but only if you can afford ££ to have them.
  19. Hi mate, we meet at the apf and had a good old chat in jones about vaguard..just wondering if your still in Norway? As I have mate out their at the mo looking for a bit of work. He's 36 and an experienced climber just wondered if you could help. Cheers scott

  20. It seems to make no difference if the engines hot or cold...I have a feeling it could be electrical but I'm no mechanic
  21. Cheers fella I will look into it
  22. Will give that a go tomorrow, cheers
  23. Already done that and it's clean
  24. I have a 110 hi cap on an x plate. She seems to turn over fine but has problems firing up, batteries are good as are the glow plugs...she always goes eventually and when she's does she runs fine but I am fed up with the prolonged turning of the starter motor. Any help would be much appreciated.
