    Fungi slideshow

Thanks, Autumn is the best season, most folk see it as winter on the way and dont like the reminder, but I just love the season changes, summer to Autumn is my favourite, I love it when the leafs drop and you see things in the distance that you hadn't seen in a while, hidden from the trees summer bloom .
  4. Interesting, bugs look like shothole borer beatle, you may have stumbled on a cure.
  5. I love Autumn and this year I have really enjoyed photographing it, the colours, the fungi (new found interest), the bright mornings and the darker nights drawing in. Here is a slideshow I put together mainly taken in the woods. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDbTaAb4AiM]YouTube - Autumn[/ame] Hope you enjoy it.
  6. I'm a big radio fan, when we moved into our house we didn't have a tv for about 2 1/2 years we would listen to the radio or cd's it really rekindled my love of music, the wife used to miss the soaps at first but enjoyed it eventualy, then we got a big lcd, first thing that was watched was the soaps:laugh1: I listen to radio 3 and 4 alot in the morning before work and on weekends.
  7. Great thread, trees appear in alot of art, and Japanese art has some very beautiful examples of trees in art. I quite like these pictures, by American artists, mainly because of the way the trees help frame the picture. this one is an etching by Ralf M Pearson. this one is by Edward Hicks
