  1. Is that steves orange beast up 1st?
  2. Carefully with a mewp I'd say on that 1,, if you can post up the resulting images from the test as I find them quite interesting.
  3. Was just reading your post at brew time and spotted these so thanks to you now known what they are ta.
  4. Heathen! 😜 Derrick sounds the sort of bloke a lot of kids who think the world is so unfair should meet and talk to, world has dealt him a hard hand but he's come out fighting by the sound of it - positive mental attitude - a vital part in any rehabilitation! Going to have to bring the kids up to the cathedral soon to see the model and have a mooch about as think they will enjoy it.
  5. The Nelson looks like it's handling grab work well in this video.
  6. Eventually have you listen and try a nicer rope in your zillion, you'll love how much smoother the thinner 24strand is to the original 16.
  7. Ah there you go then! I think they are very expensive unless you want something for months at a time, I was getting a 1928 savetrack for £85 day +vat from arbtech when we needed it earlier this year for a few weeks but same machine from Orange was almost twice!
  8. Exactly what I did so when I made the step I had pretty much everything I needed to get going in place and paid for and a nice little reserved incase.
  9. The plastic visors are good in heavily dog landmined areas as saves you eating as much but as above I mostly stick with mesh and specks.
  10. Think I'd rather a lad did it the way you are than do it all on the quiet and turn up at the busiest time of year nd say he's off in 2-4 weeks, good luck finding a replacement. Looks very professional image your after putting across. Hope it works for you this time.
  11. Bugger iwas hoping for the girl but that's still eye candy to me and in my colors, been playing with a 990 today so that's really going to be something to use!!
  12. A pretty girl in Sthil gear ready to join the team Hears hopeing
  13. Used that cabstar mewp a few times and not a fan of that 1 with 2 people in, OK with just me but feels very waffy with 2. Come on and show us the surprise... Think I already know 😉
  14. Get the trailer out and go old-school mash happy in the back on jobs that hopefully don't produce much waste or hire something to get on with. This is why I need to get my arse in gear with project quick chip and get the old girl back into some kind of working order or converted to pto for tractor.
  15. Cheers Eddie Makes sense now, dropping that 900kg of mettle equals a awful lot more tree that can be handled at full reach or on a slope and so nice being able to do it from the cab quickly and without getting covered in oil. Looking forward to the video and finding out how it go's on go's on the job.
  16. Very nice indeed. How come the head has two quick hitch positions on it?
  17. Looks a neat little winch on her 👍
  18. Ah, didn't know Richard had got a harvester as well as all the site clearance gear.
  19. Who's machine is that Paul, nice bit of kit. Is it powerline clearance again?
  20. Looking good! So nice having machines that help make work on other machines easy. Stickers are still on my list of to do's now.
  21. Don't do it, better grinders for not much more money out there, just had a demo of a bandit 2025 and was far more impressed with that than I ever was running a 252 and so much more stable.
  22. Found a pub in York that serves good beer in proper glasses last night, no idea what it was called or where it is by man the beer was good, but not as cheep as the sam smiths pub - 4 pints and change from a tenner 👍😍
  23. Just new, should have painted them before they went on but by that point was in a bit of a rush to get everything back together as needed her on a job. Few more pictures of the work from start to finish.
  24. Suns out, guns out eh ham, looks a sweet job nd ideal for little muck truck to shift stuff.
