  7. That was busy daddy of here operating as his machine, the amount if hrs and tonnage of biomass hrs done over the last few years you'd expect him to know what lever controls what 😉 Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  8. What hp is that? Looks like she could do with a slightly lower gear but doing a tidy job. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. No chance! Didn't even fancy trying it with the st8, grab crush and top roler crush made such light work of it. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  10. Some Time-lapse of busy daddy in helping us clear a hole heap of large thorns. Took about 30min to fill the trailer and an hour round trip for me to empty it. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  11. Ha ha I hear that voice too sometimes, joy of senas you can fxuk with peoples heads while they work 😉 Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  12. Pass don't know, just spotted it when I was in picking up some filters for my valtra, very tidy chipper but only single roller feed, looked bigger than 17cm but could be wrong. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  13. He was keeping it close to the ground just in case wasn't he.... Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  14. Liking the stealth black forst, good photos of a decent job. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  15. As soon as you go from 10" to 12" the price go's up massively. This could do the job for you if it's decent timber your chipping https://www.brianrobinson.co.uk/machines/junkkari-170-chipper/ Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  16. Chipping a whole heap of thorns we cut over a month ago which were down to be burnt by the client but English nature stopped him and funded us to chip and remove, busy daddy came in with his hm 10 500 and valtra and bossed it for me. Took me longer to get back to yard and tip off than for the chipper to fill it, 3 good loads in no time. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  17. You still got the 360' Stephen or have they gone as well? You always said you made more profit for less effort with Gloria taking her rite to the tree rather than busting a gut dragging everything out to a bigger machine. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  18. Strange looking thing really. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  19. Take it and make it pay for itself by using the space for logs, chip, mulch to sell out which you'd otherwise be giving away or worse paying to get rid of. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  20. Bugger, that's terrible your still being held up getting it sorted, money going out for it and not bringing it in getting jobs done. Hope you get sorted soon. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
  21. How you getting on with getting your big machine back up and running Eddie, sorry if I've missed a update. Your rite about decent guards when mulching, had a few stones and bits of mettle make it past the bars and bounce off the glass which really wakes you up when your not expecting it. 22. Both really to be honest, been thinking of a second chipper for two teams to run out some days and to act as a backup when the st8 is down again, pto makes sense as got two tractors and going bigger also makes sense for the size of jobs we are getting more of and since my mate with the big heizohack we were getting in is booked up nearly all the time timing it in is harder for multi day jobs. 2nd big advantage I can see to having 1 is we can chip a good lump of the timber that comes off jobs and send it out as G30 biomass to be dried so additional value to the crap wood even if it has to be broken down with the 30ton splitter 1st. It can also act as a backup to my mates incase he is down for a few days and 1 of his smaller clients runs out of fuel chip and needs a topup to keep going till he's back in service. 23. At that point where a need for a bigger chipper is becoming more apparent and a 300 series heizohack seems to tick the boxes as we definitely have the hp for it, still a good chance I'll be in contact about the bandit if we don't get sorted in the next two weeks. 24. Do you find the top crush makes a lot of difference on brash Tom? What hp is your valtra, really looks a good setup. Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app
