  1. Iv said it before what pushes down the price in my area is the amount off utility workers with all gear provided doing sideline work for peanuts, the council only wants a cheep price and not after any form off quality work, I have lost quite a few pruning jobs to peoples attitude off its just cutting a few branches so im not paying much then I see the job later and think yes I could have done such a **** job for that price. As said a 2 man team with chipper needs 350 a day but 400+ would be nice but last week heard off a 3man team, transit, chipper, l200 and trailer good size dismantle all for 325quid and the logs, now if thats not Devaluing the industry I dont know what is?
  2. Todays epick stump grinding mission.poor little 252 !
  3. Gray git

    pantin

No would not cope, felt bad enough having to prussic the last 10ft into the cedre at the arb show. Might try and get my 1st full body willans, multi plat, swiss strop and prussic out for a giggle later this week. I love my pantin and tend to keep it on all the climb and not notice it.
  4. That last pick makes you look like a toy car with the people stood watching, or is it just me, or have I missed something and it is
  5. Try northwoods bud as they are aware off any1 owning woodland and after work doing some off which wont make surficiant return to get a crew in but might suit your needs and bennafit all involved. Where about in north east are you?
  6. Nice vid did wonder about the no rig till the little silky trick and fully agreed when I saw the stump.
  7. If my phone could post a set off clapping hands I would, well said that man!
  8. This site was not far from a site that was a confirmed planting site that was destroyed on detection on the yorkshire/durham border, sorry these wer the only picks I took, if you would like something more specific I can nip back 1 night and take some more just say what. Thanks.
  9. Good enough reason not too leave chip in the truck for too long and something to bare in mind next time is attack the heep to take a load back out especially for local school allotment, thanks for posting as not something id have normaly considered.
  10. Thats the same as me, see what those who know say about my picks as not entirely sure what im looking for
  11. What do you think, taken on friday tree has lost a lot off leaf but trying too put new on with a lot off small mid branch formation.
  12. Well from what iv been informed you will need too have it as hgv run on white an 'o' licence and the relavent part too your licence which in the case off alot off mogs will be a class 2 or whatever it is now or pos a class 1 depends on wate off trailer but im not well versed in the whole thing unless you are farming which most off uss are not, pooo aint it!
  13. Yes it will need a o licence, But dont tell any1
  14. As said again and again I have spoke too the people who do this for a living and they are happy about its use and how its registered so get off you're box and go piss some1 ells off please as some people on here dont give s1 pooo about you point off view and are quite happy just too look at pictures off some1 trying too earn a living, its because off this some wont post as carnt be chewed with the hassle off dealings with the negative vibes back lash.
  15. No its agg, check out mine and treequip's ' chat' last night on the can off worms thred if you want a giggle about this
  16. Bliss, an empty city.would normaly be dark when I staggered around empty streets off durham years ago when I dated a lass studying law there. Have a good day paul.
  17. That 1 is up for nearly 10g and then the tipper is anouther 2g on top which is more than what mine stands me at. Yes it only has 800 mile on it and mine had 15000 when I got it but would you want a 1989 truck that has done about 35miles per year off its life, might be a few isues with seals and gaskets drying out or perishing from lack off use. Just a warning I was given by a ex miletery spanner man when I started looking. It is tidy surprised a colector hasn't had it by now
  18. Bet that last 1 scubs tyres like nothing ells, what business was he in as photo on phone not big enough too make it out?
  19. You missed you're calling as detective inspector treequip like I said just wanted too keep my thred on track and dont mind deraling some1 elses and saying it was on a o licence would have been lying and saying it was exempt from needing 1 wasn't, well sort off. Its a fair cop guvner
  20. I didn't tell you it was raining, you just didn't look up and make sure it wasn't. Hope you're not too wet and going too hunt me down All ment in jest
  21.:thumbup: Aint that sort off an exemption, but what I said still stands they would only alowed registration like this because off use and type so a bog standard 1 for a landscaping company would not have qualifyed
  22. Now your talking, done with a brush and a wobby hand  Check out then 1 on ebay at the mo with the bmw crushing roo bars on. Dont know how too do a link off the phone, anybody help?
  23. I should clarify that on the new log book its agricultural vehicle if that makes more sence with the o licence things, didn't put that in at one point too try and avoid this discussion on my thred which was about the modification not the registration off a vehicle and ment as a bit off a picture thred not a debate 1 like this. Goodnight.
  24. Winch was factory fitted so plated as a specialist winch vehicle, not just some ebay add on which they said would not qualify as something like an fixt implement for intended purpose whatever that means? management off roadside trees was more relavent as im a registered contract for north yorkshire highways agency and a good % off my turnover comes from this contract so traceble as is the foresty side off my work not just a tree in some 1's garden that's near a road. Thankyou for liking it as I love it and sad as it is useing it makes me
  25. It's pos a little larger than the photo looks about 26" ish and had chainlink fencing on 2 sides so could not get in with the saw, I did consider taking out the centre but didn't as was pritty sure the timber would be soft as pooo and snap out ok, not as bad as these larch from a while back, this was a good1 and all open growen with about 30 ft crown spread.
