  1. All this tea is fine but why is it the people who bring you the most while working never have anywher to hide for a pee and never offer a toilet.

From whot iv been told about 10 ton single line pull but in has a cast pin hole so the line can be doubled up,just a case of finding a big snach block? the paint was my doing as it was a pinky colour from red oxide paint. as far i we know the last owner had the guts checked out before getting it then never used it, sold it to a clasick tractor bot who founde it wernt the right age for his show tractor so sold it to me at wot seemed like too gooder price to pass up. Puled my landy 130 with brakes on no prob so hope for the old girl yet....

Off too local agg dealer for stronger top link when i get a chance then.. will be putting in on my outher new/old toy that my wife is not happy about as it graces our front lawn at the mo. got a very large oak to winch out of a ditch in the next few weeks so might hav some good photos or a broken tractor. watch this space.

  14. Id spend my money on getting up into the the trees this will pay better than slogging your guts out in say windblow 'done that'. Has anyone else struggled to finde an asesment site for windblow as i was told it could only hav been down a short while for testing?
  15. Got a few of the people i take logs to trained now so they stock up now in prep for winter. This is good for them as the logs will be dry when they wont to burn them and its good for me as i deliver on evenings so its light at this time of year and it saves room in my yard so i can store enough for Mr iv just run out,any chance of a dry load!

  17. My wife has her cs38-39 and sometimes comes and helps me on a saterday if im stuck but she gets vertigo stood on a milk crate so no chance of getting her up a tree!
  18. Just working my way into 'The fundamentals of general tree work' by G F Beranek. big book not cheep but some v good tips and some of the biggest trees you will ever see being cut!

  21. just looked at them utube vids,good felling but you got to look at 'Dumb arborist' vid made me lol bth tink i would hav flattend my groundy if it wer me having that ride!!
  22. Hi mat nice rig. I run a 130 twin cab with chip box on back (non tipping ) so the spare is on the bonnet its a 265/7516 and i dont hav too many problems with it and its a handy place to lob winching gear so it dont get lost
