  1. Not sure if you can get the parts to convert one but I have one that needs a pot and piston after lending it to some1 who ran it on old stale fuel and scored it badly so not sure if I should sell repare or sell to some1 with a 200t to swap parts over so if you want pm me an offer and I'll decide when dealer tells me how much too repare on monday.
  2. What sort of mpg are you getting from the jeep Jose?
  3. Interesting phone call to the emerge services... Well first we hit the gas line which started leaking then ignited from the sparks from the electronic line I hit when backing the grinder up but don't worry the explosion ruptured the sewer which put the flames out
  4. Another point to consider which pushed me into using aspen in my newer huskvarna saws is the warranty side of things as I had a saw nip on normal fuel which the computer knows how much ethanol was in it so would not have been covered had the saw not also been overreving. If I'd have been running on aspen no arguments about fuel quality so has to be covered under warranty. As said about chains, far better to get bulk orders of made up loops with a decent dealer discount than mess about making up your own and miss counting drive links so having too short/long loops when you need it in a rush.
  5. Good reply I picked up on was... Yes, certainly, no problem, - do you want that itemizing separately On the invoice or just all together? ( big smile all the time)
  6. If you swap the standard chain for an Oregon, got mine of ebay, you will notice a big difference in how well it cuts especially if you need to bore into a cut.

  8. Taken mine out the 540 today and it did feel better also went down a grip size for winter glove work. 560 went infront of the dealer and had plenty of warranty work done on the last 1 without it in.
  9. Had this happen to me, bloke excepted quote so I put in paperwork but he canceled before it was passed as he felt he could do the works himself, crown reducing mature sycamores???? So I called the council and withdrew my notifications and warned them of his intent, few weeks later drove past and trees had been half topped complete with rips and stubs Found out later tree officer had threatened him with court for cutting without permission And not to any type of standed and mad him plant more trees in his large garden and will be keeping a close eye On him. Glad I withdrew it incase t o thought I'd done the work/damage.
  10. Sorry brick forgot the negatives. Not a speed machine so allow travel time Bit noisy when at full chat to make a phonecall on hands-free thingy and a total pain to keep clean as tires kick up so much spray, going to redesign the mudgards soon as have bent 1 while tipping.
  11. Best mod yet is a dab radio so non stop planet rock:D Winch is a beast and almost unstoppable, pulled a fair few back leaners over with it but am going to have some spades made for the front as she can start to slide on wet ground Getting Sign writing done has proofed good advertising as people recognise it and know who pushed them off the road. Just put some 80 lume led work lights on the back which are ultra bright fit the size, perfect for some of the Highways call outs if had this month. Couple of under body or a cab top locker box is next to hurt the bank balance I think or some alloy high sides for the ifor 105 tipper to match the truck body which will give more chip handling. All in good time I think.
  12. Done 1 adjustment of the brakes, she will pull left a bit when full and towing the bigger trailer full but nothing knowing about it carnt counteract
  13. Due to severe slap to head I have to put in a retraction to this comment, no-one makes a 4x4 good enough that I'd swap the wife for it. Now 6x6 that's a different matter all together big merk thing with the bulnose botnet starts with a z I think
  14. No worries bud just pm me your no. And I'll give you a bell sometime if you want to know owt.
  15. Fantastic vehicle, just been 'tested ' by vosa on Sundays and got a :thumbup:all good. Had it stuck a few times but always winched out ok. Hope to get raised air intake sorted soon for winter emergency work and when I can do without it for a week or so the cab will be respected orange as requested by highways agency to make it more conspicuous.... Plenty more ideals in the pipeline but lack of time puts them on hold, will try and get some more picks up soon for you.
  16. Will this count as a stunt fell as gob was above head hight with an 088 and not to hit the footpath shrubs or my new groundsman
  17. Best mornings of the year when you have to scrape the windscreen before work, love them!
  18. Dropping the pole and picking up the timber from Thursday's redwood takedown.
  19. I know some might shoot me down for this but why not spend a little more and put synthetic line On the winch? Prob get away with 14mm, if I used mine more often I'd do it just for the safety side and the ease of handling. Still weighting for someone to tell me what motor to fit on mine so it can go on the front of the valtra.....hint hint.....?....
  20. Cheers mat, I know what you are sayin about ice and heavy vehicles as have put a 110 On its side and written it off on black ice doing less than 30 at the time Low profile wide road going rubber has trouble getting grip when the going is not perfect so be like our northern European cousin's and fit softer compound snow tires in winter and drive sensibly.
  21. That would not be a fair swap peat I'd end up with a clapt out old panda if I did that I liked the size of the bigger Kia it just worries me how many 5-6 year old 1s are for sale with around 90k on the clock, is this the point they start to go pop?

  23. She is a very good driver, used to drive about in a transit mini bus as part of her job so size isn't a problem. I'd like a yeti and it is a sham they don't do a commercial version as I think it would sell well but not big enough to get 2 kids sheets in the back and my arse inbetween if needbe. We looked for an Octavia estate 4x4 but like rocking hos poo and she won't entertain the idea of a Scooby. The more I look at it the more I like the outlander or the kia, disco would be nice but like said I spend enough time spanering the 130 And the rb44 without having another British built vehicles dripping oil On the drive
  24. Problem with the New rav4 is in anything more than a puddle you drown it as air intake is below the headlights as fatherinlaw found out.
