  1. How about 'climb' who help families with children suffering with metabolic disorders. They have offered a lot of support to me and my Mrs in dealing with my boys condition and interpreting the medical jargon from the docks. Hope to do something myself for them at some point. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  2. Looks good, very professional finish and image. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  3. Same as said, a fine bloke who knows his stuff about all things wood craft, his magazine got me more interested in green woodworking so hears to him and a full speedy recovery. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  4. Still not confirmation about who or where this happened but wouldn't wish this situation on any family. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  5. What you need is some clamp together grain duckting 1 bit to slide onto the chipper spout then clamp on a 90ø bend so the chip just falls into the bag, this is how we fill trailers with the hinzo chipper with very little spillage. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  6. I'm not far from there if it's the Bedale 1 your on about and got friends in the village, will make some inquiries tomorrow. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  7. That's the 10x5, smaller trailer went a while ago to a lad starting out doing logs so wanted to run double loads, Thanks matty it could be mistaken for a mobile pig pen or suchlike I guess, but it'll do the job for now sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  8. Fit some budget high sides to my ifor, total cost for materials less than 100 pounds, got some jobs coming up that are going to generate a lot of chip so this way I can get 7.5 in the rb, 2.5 in the back of the landy and 6m in the trailer. So 16m of chip away each day should be good. The wiggley tin is actually very strong the way iv braced the inside so should stand up to it quite well, and a lot cheaper than other options looked at. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  9. No pictures jomoco? sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  10. The 1 I used to drive only had a single acting ram so relied on the box to push it back down, again it would overextended and need a shove to get it started or like others have said reverse onto the chip. Made a big mistake 1 day and tipped it up without opening the door catches 1st and all the chip pushing om the door ment I couldnt open it and couldn't get the bed back down, had to call for valtra and botex to pull it down sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  11. They look well good hodge, hungry all of a sudden for sum reason... sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  12. Check your clutch springs, if 1 snaps the clutch won't disengage at low speed and stall the engine. This would be why it will run with no bar on as no resistance, did you notice if the sprockets were spinning when you had the bar off and the saw running? sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  13. It says the french connection on it, that's all Not even sure which stand I got it from. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  14. Such a simple little thing makes life so much easier, saw 1 in a video long time ago then spotted it at arb show so thought I'd have 1 and c what it like. Cut through the stem till the cut almost starts to close slide the rod in behind your bar and finish the cut, as you do the ring rocks om the rod and lifts off the saw bar, then just role it off. Easy, another thing I wish I'd had years ago. Yellow bikes are everywhere at the moment, actually surprised that scrap lads ain't been round and tidied them all up yet! sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  15. Load of logs, little bit of pruning/hedge cutting that's just showing being grateful for being put forward for work that outer wise you wouldn't get to see but cash bungs to win work over a competitor is just a no no but it happens and I'm almost sertin that's how I didn't get a few jobs over the last year or so .. Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk
  16. Yes that's the one, ment Wednesday not Thursday. Mmmmm pies..... Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk
  17. Mixed blessings, I think sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  18. Went and ground out those 12 conifer stumps you helped create last week. That tap on the wall was getting frequent visits for a head under unfortunately that made all dust stick so came home looking like a Cole miner. Way too hot for swinging that rg13. Going to have camel back out tomorrow for this big hedge cutting marathon iv set myself. Hope it's cooler for Thurs when your helping me rig down this chestnut sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  19. Yes, yes, and yes but I'll stick with my quadchip thanks, got led repeaters on the chipper and on the back of the trucks It's a minor point on an otherwise fairly good looking machine. Looks like tw have listened to customers gripes and done something about it. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  20. That's why the quadchip travels with the hopper forward so there is no overhangs at the back. Don't know what the answer is but I know if I got a roadside inspection in the situation I mentioned I'd get a warning! sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  21. The 1 thing I didn't like was the light's are on the bottom of the hopper and turn with it so if I'm working a call out at evening Time and have the hopper turned onto the verge apart from the truck lights nowt pointing backwards so a higher risk of getting hit and with my clumsy feet kicking the lenses. Looked will built. Ironically look in the background and ic the answer sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  22. That pic is deceptive, where it rests on the 1st branch was 22m, according to laser meshering thing. Luckily didn't have much crown as was between to others and not yet in leaf. Hate pop's! sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  23. Ah gotyou, take it your mog was in the danger zone then. As they say do 1 thing everyday that scares you... And hopefully you'll servive. Did a big black pop a few months back that was lent into another, 26m tracked platform and still got a good 10m above me, pwm Paul who owns it bottled out and left me too it nibbling bits off with the pole saw from as far away as I could reach, came to the final bit I thought was holding the whole thing up so little nick's and bang the top comes of and the stem stays exactly where it was typical could have done the lot in much bigger bits. Just shows you never can tell with part failed trees. sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  24. Is that Paul as in pwm Paul? sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
  25. Cuts like that from a platform I never tie the saw on as the consequences could be painful both physically and financially. Used the old gypsy stick from a bucket a few times so I can be just that bit further away but always scary when all that tension is released and bang it all go's crashing away. Any more photos of the whole thing? sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.
