  1. £80 for the 1st hr then £20 - 25 hr after that . Just remember 1 or 2 hrs work takes you longer than that because if loading unloading travel etc so a higher 1st hr rate takes this into account.
  2. Looks like it's hardly been used compared to some I've seen. Didn't spot the other 1 behind before, running 2 now or is this the replacement.
  3. Nice looking bit of kit! Should have excellent visibility of the head with the way cab and boom are set up. New machine?
  4. Short back, not a vast amount of chip space, I'd hold out for a 1650 if I was you.
  5. One of the best chippers I've used in its size class! Fact! Just a shame they can't make the paint stick to them, always look old before they actually are.
  6. Cheers Mark, was a balls out brain on day for sure but nowt like a challenge, good team and big equipment to get a job done!
  7. Vastly improve or rather reduce body roll, put a heavy duty overland 1 on my twin cab and it transformed how it behaved with a full load of chip! Also put 90 rear springs on the front which stopped it dipping into corners. Like the hi viz hodge, think I'll get the rb44s front bumper done the same as it stick out a fair bit..
  8. I'd be happy to be able to afford any of them at the moment to be honest, new clutch and full set of brakes on the 130 twin cab kinda scupper some funds this month!
  9. That's the exact same stuff I have on both the rb44 and landy and soon the cherrypicker once I get round to it, so much nicer on the hands and can fit more on the drums without loosing pull. Rufftracks is a good company to deal with and were very helpful when trying to sort out line for the rb44.
  10. Thems the 1ns
  11. That's because celox as granual form is not highly recommend any more due to it entering the bloodstream and being a problem elsewhere and being a risk to the administrator in breathing it in or to the eyes, far better to have a celox impregnated bandage that can also administer presure to the wound at the same time. Sounds strange way of going on stopping you doing a job because of this, don't think iv been asked about 1st aid provisions in the last 3years nevermind not allowed to start because they think it's not good enough.
  12. Think you'll be pushing 8+ with a tt126 if I can get a good 7 in a tt105! Yes can vouch a full trailer makes a good ground anchor but normally when you don't want it too! Like the big lid, bet you need it with the bandits ability to pack the chip forward! Good set up but again a compromised on smaller jobs, do you have a smaller rig or just don't do smaller jobs?
  13. Cool, though you'd gon all posh and had alloy planking sides made up to replace the original. Looked into this last year and for 4 Pannal for the sides, headboard and full hight barn doors for the back around the 1500mark but at a estimated work out not much difference in wate to the original low sides. Just went cheep for now with some wriggly tin ;-)
  14. You on the gin again mark? Few random pictures across the forum tonight...
  15. Intercooler pipes will be next.
  16. Pulls well, getting going on an uphill start often needs a lot of right foot or low box but once rolling it's good, been towing the quadchip around with it fine and had ifor trailer full of brash on it last week and towed fine. Just replaced the rear shocks as they were shot which has helped with a bit of body role and going to put heavy duty terrafirma anti role bars on it in new year, possible respray to match big truck if ££ alow soon as well.
  17. No td5 cherrypicker jon, ain't fiddled with anything under the bonnet yet but this is the start ;-)
  18. To me that means the van had Sheffield council written on the side
  19. Pictures of trailer please as thinking of making mine a bit more permanent than what it is at moment.
  20. Funny you should say that, this just arrived last night for my td5, hope to get it on along with new coolant pipes tomorrow so will let you know.
  21. Running a truck that can carry 7.5m2 helps put the trailer on and iv got 15m2 capacity which is aquivalent to a decent grain trailer. Used to get a friend in with his hiziohack but getting harder to pin him down due to getting more and more biomass contracts, always like doing as much in house and ofter the tractor chipper truck trailer just takes up too much room. A mog and chipper would suit but couldn't justify it for everyday use. As many have said there is no 1 perfect set up and everything is a compromise at 1 time or another and just have to find something that suits as much as possible.
  22. Summer do sounds good to me, ow hang on ain't that the arb show at westenbert arboretum in 2015 better not let the boys disappear to gather fire fuel in there as might cut down something rare
  23. Tempted to have a better look at the timberwolf 350DHB T as it sort of fits what I could do with from a chipper at the moment, again love my quadchip just not quite big anough for around 40% of the work I'm doing these days.
  24. So that means you shot the chicken, left the black eyes in the potatoes and dribbled oil all over the veg :what:
