  1. Well, who would have thought it ? K https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-53082676
  2. Apparently so, however, it was written ... yes written ( =educated) by a freed AfroAmerican ( reported on R4 ) so I would say that is a pointer towards the emacipation rather than derogation of those people . Odd rugger tune tho ? K
  3. @openspaceman Obvs joshing a bit - I seemed to have a rake of tracked Timber wolf's relentlessly throwing tracks, at one point culminating in my calling a job in winter, saying ' 3 oclock, everyone's piss wet through, finish now ' then walked over to chipper ( with a thrown track ) an the lad had buggered off already ! So spent an hour with bloke on 15ton 360 moving it to safety of site compound ? K

You wont be the first and you won't be the last, another stupid idea brought to you by Stihl - purveyor of professional chainsaws to the discerning arboricultural and forestry masses ( soon to be stolen from a trannie near you ?) K
  5. Hmmm, hope that recent tiled roof hasn't played a part in this ( extra loading ) That cracking whilst significant ain't as bad as many I have seen. K

My word @nepia did you find the oil pump hairspring ! They get like that on ours where blokes bash down bramble n thorn with a saw, think the clutch cooks used like that ? K
  8. After Dr David Kelly got nailed - I wouldn't trust any of the buggers, K ( and I am no big on the Conspiracy theories by any means but He had the goods on them )
  9. @TIMON bit light on facts that one, but interesting to note on J.Corbyn accusations, on investigation - 50% of the accusations came from One person..... bit of an agenda maybe ? K
  10. Sedition and treason Kev ! Will see yr head on a pike in Town soon ? K
  11. .....in fact just don't buy a tracked chipper, once you have barred on a few shedded tracks in the mud, or rolled it- just not worth the bother really ? K
  12. Wot we looking at here? I see three allen bolts missing ? K ( ahhhhhh !! Bolt shoulder tooo long !!!)
  13. Also make sure you park it away from a road or fenceline where a HIAB lorry can just pick it up - it has happened - or the question would be irrelevant ! K
  14. @Johnson can she even have children ? I was under the impression she was about 3 foot 6 on a cardboard box? K
  15. Actually Kev, you don't have to look back far into Our history of workers rights - Peterloo massacre - to see parallels, but it's a far too effective situation for the China government to do otherwise, money is money n power is power , sorry abt yr breakfast situation, am relying on the charity of Esso these days ? K
  16. Not just a pretty face Mr Stubby K
  17. This may put the cat among the pigeons..... Lockdoon's naw fur me: FM loves girl's cheeky poem WWW.BBC.CO.UK Schoolgirl Leah Begg's funny lockdown poem has attracted the praise of Nicola Sturgeon. K ( apology in advance to the Anti-Sturgeon on here ? bless her tho ' ! )
  18. @wisewood fantastic work mate, k
  19. Yes. China has become the epitome of Communism & Capitalism and there is no stopping now. Massive skilled workforce,no Civil engineering project too big, huge infrastructure for delivery and commerce with enormous natural resources, the racism thing , I have also noted. Any way, pasties found n killed n eaten , so can start day properly now. Is appalling the struggle I have in Town these days so many good bakeries still shut ? ( thanks China !! ) K
  20. Yes. Bereft of pasties this morning as well. K
  21. Nope. Seeing a lot around here in SE. Bit later but possibly the hot spell delayed them? K
  22. Lockdown Fails, currently seen 3 arrests by BTP this week for not wearing masks. Bus driver kick two skaters off bus for getting on without masks. With A0 size signs at every bus stop or train entrance saying 'you cannot use public transport without a mask' are these people **** stupid or just pushing their luck? K
  23. By staged i mean work out where yr digging round it and if there are significant root extensions - cut/dig a year or two before moving. Sometimes severing one side one year and other side next year, this gives less shock to the tree. Mulching after replant is important- but mostly retaining and protecting as much fine root as possible, so that the tree can draw water n nutrients as quick as possible. Pruning branches a year or two before moving is better than after if it needs to fit a certain spot. Plus the orientation of the tree to North must be the same. K
  24. God, people !! Alien Invasive Specis list........ Where! And presumably its grown to some size to require work - so why wasnt it used as action before ? You couldnt make it up!! K ( oh.... They did..... Didn't they ?)
