  8. Same down the road last night - social responsibility my arse. Pissing in the face of the hard work NHS endured. You must be able to smell my boiling piss as far as Hawick ? K
  9. And who died and made you Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman of Saud, pal ? This guy been a bit of a twat but he aint Kashoggi, think this public flayying gone on long enuff to the point of embarrasing. I would give this bloke a go fr the day just to see wot he actually like. Would not expect much but a days graft n then make my own mind up. K
  10. Basically i would have got the solicitors in - misrepresentation and deception. K
  11. In both instances - go to their yard n weld said grinder to their security gates with appropriate banner then photograph it an punt it around pintresst or FB. K
  12. No one tends to check the blade securing system when they buy a chipper, they expect the engineer to have thought that one through. K
  13. @tonytree i very much doubt copper grease will do that. Some specify a dry thread. But greasing aint gonna push up to 40 % . Most important is clean mating faces on blade n holder. I use stanley knife blade to scrape clean. K

Whereas i just thought it was a place you could go and get madly drunk, surf an complain abt yr forwarder not fitting down tight lanes ? K
  18. Very poetic ? K Anyway. Used to be good money in LA works ( Street n Parks trees) Used to be good money in Highways contracts. Used to be good money in Residential customers ( Pikeys scotched that) So no real answer. Basically dont start up a tree surgery company. Forestry showing more promise. But nieche market big kit. Pick an area and tailor to yr customers if any. K
  19. ...... It got boring fr me ? K
  20. Always think a good strimmering first to flail off the fine bits then loppers or small chainsaw. Pain in the arse job realy. K
  21. Competent person in Charge or on Possesion of ? K
  22. There is sound reasoning behind some rules. No booze on trains. A pissed passenger falling on lines ( esp live rails) costs a fortune. A pissed passenger being hit by a train can take driver out of a job ( three strikes an yr out ) wearing a mask to prevent even minor contact is sensible. No failsafe but sensible. I see far too many assholes on trains an i doo shout at them an the BTP deal with them if its severe enuff. It makes a difference to people to feel a bit safer. Its mine and everyone elses job to do that. K
  23. @Johnsond yr in Scotia so its a different kettle of poissone up there, but yea i will shout at you - My Train My rules pal ? K
  24. I have to wear a mask every day on Public transport to get around or using platforms. It isnt difficult. Its a few quid. Kicking off abt a simple health precaution is juvenile, plus it allows me to shout at people not wearing masks. K
