  1. well imo the easiest way to get everybody to support their local dealer is to ensure all the dealers prices are roughly even, not sure wether this is feasable? a while ago i bought a tanaka machine and searched high and low on the web for the best price?? all the same so i bought i a couple of miles down the road at a tiny dealer. at least husky havent followed suit!
  2. but the new policy forces the buyer to pay whatever their local dealer decides to charge. not a fan of this policy at all.
  3. thanks will check gregs site, had a look at miendles but they are expensive and look simillar size to saw boots, where as i was after somthing lighter and cheaper. thanks for all the replies. carl

  12. nice truck!, probably just an everyday runaround in the states. lol
  13. ye one needs a pantin on the whole time really for single rope acsess and working on single rope
  14. could use either , i use a single one and hold the rope with my other hand.
  15. i use the rope wrench with the lockjack for single rope stuff and on the right job its fantastic( there is tons of info here on arbtalk as to exact set ups. the best thing about in imo is its so easy to change between double and single rope systems, people often seem to make out you have to have your one system and thats what you climb on the whole time, i chop n change all the time as each has pros n cons. try n find someone local to demo it ,a lot easier to see in in the flesh so,s to speak. good luck with it, its definatly made climbing easier for me. carl
