  1. a stove should have a HETAS certificate issued by the installer (IF YOUR IN THE UK)this is for house insurance purposes

  15. as the title says are there any of you on here registered hetas stove fitters Im thinking of doing the coarse in Jan after a log customer told me the cost of fitting a stove straight forward fitting register plate £500 they were at his house 2 1/2 hours sounds like there s money to made and then sell them a load of logs

  18. sounds to cheap to me a friend of mine does commercial fencing on large housing sites last year it was £38 / metre and private houses £50 /metre
  19. heres the one i made if its of use to you ,it splits any wood i put on it . a real knarly or burred wood i use the front inch of the blade I have moved the lever lower down as it was a real pain being so high
  20. i woudnt worry about what other people are doing as long as the heap of wood you split makes you plenty of £££ and your happy
