  3. hi tw, i have 2001 aborplant conversionTW150 tracked chipper, had some problems with rollers, intake would work and as soon as reverse was used the intake would no longer work, after 5 mins or so the intake would start again, we seemed to have resolved this replacing the hydraulic solonoid valve, intake and reverse working perfectly now . As the same time the no stress was not working, the cable had been knocked off, we have replaced the cable, now the rollers wont stop going on intake, no reverse or stop. At present i have by passed the no stress box, everything is working fine, feeding the bigger bits with stop button. It is grey box no stress box. any obvious ideas? cheers g

  5. the only negative about moving large forestry machinery down the main road at speeds they not designed to do for long periods.. is the wheel hubs tend to overheat and can do damage to the bearings, but i did drive a county 764 with large all round wheels 70 miles home once, flashing lights and following vehicle should do the trick

  15. its not a native tree in scotland tom alder ash aspen bird cherry crack willow downy birch gean goat willow hazel hawthorn holly juniper rowan scots pine silver birch sessile oak wych elm and yew anyway the only thing u find up a beech is squirrels and crow nests...biodiversity wise it comes a poor second to the oak
  16. oak every time, beech is a non native species and it suppresses the woodland flora too much, in my humble opinion
