  1. cracking saw, the only problem i had with it, was the small end bearing went. fortunately i stop when it started to vibrate and got it fixed under warranty, got a 362xp now, feels a tad heavier but works well
  2. sounds like the spool needs adjusted down, or maybe a bit of dirt holding it open too much
  3. had 3 taken down on gums this week, not particular hard in fact flippin easy.......but all were very lean and leaning over next door neighbours fence....why oh why do people plant these in their small back door gardens......gardens centres/nurseries not giving best advice or more likely no advice

  7. needed to replace stoves rope seal this week, tried local stove shop but he was not very helpful , ended up ordering direct from stove maker, £15 delivered seemed a bit steep for 2metres of rope but at least saved the diesel running into glasgow. Anyway package arrived on thursday, not only sent me the full rope seal kit but also a new front glass worth £80+ vat,

  15. easy fells? hairy outsiders? cross cut and stack chipwood FC were paying £5 clean ones £7.50 hairy ones. work out how many u can do in a hour..... 3x8x£5= £120
  16. but can u really see that being practical or very accurate, ....maybe ur post leads from buying green wood in and not getting enough volume for tonage. as for hand written tickets ask for ur timber to be run over a computerised system. its in the lorry driver interest to be as near maxinum weight as possible
