  2. ....and then there was one!
  3. at first there were two....
  4. Here's a few more then....
  5. I'll get onto it asap!
  6. Hope you got my message on F/B Steve, Happy Birthday mate!
  7. Just got back from the hillclimb – Is there a picture thread going on Capel?
  8. I think your right, I took the dates direct from the AA web site. The date is right on the Facebook Events page. Think maybe Paul just wanted a plug for his own show..lol http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/general-chat/13161-12th-arborists-trade-fair-june-11th-12th.html Use your eyes Paul!!!
  9. In my experience, yes they would survive but will shoot up unsightly vertical growth in next to no time. If you can leave any growth on the main stem within the 6-foot, that would be beneficial.
  10. I’ll swap you some for some bees wax – need some for my didgeridoos!
  11. Thanks for the heads-up Paul – I’ll be watching that as I pack the rucksack for Capel.
  12. Keeping it simple - Sounds an excellent idea! One thing disturbs me though……After reading that post I’ve realised for the first time in my 40 yrs. I’m eligible for a veteran event, any veteran event – Not good!
  13. Superb shots! Were they with a camera phone? Make and model please!
  14. I’ll be there Friday, pitching my spot outside the beet tent approx 9.30am. Travelling back Saturday unfortunately as have a busy weekend at a hill climb.
  15. I’m counting to - - - - - - - - -10, there – I’ve calmed down now and not going to bite..
  16. Fair point, I’ve only got the one web-site and to be honest this is just a bit of fun. If I sell one picture the whole season I’ll be made-up! I’ll see how it goes this year – can always change a few things later…
  17. I’m now running the Official Hill climb facebook group and in return the Bugatti Owners Club have given me free passes to all 2010 events (plus a partner) and a press pass so I can now take the pictures from any part of the track – plus I get to wear an official ‘Press’ Hi-Viz! lol
  18. I love all these pictures with water in them – seems you get twice as much for your money! Going to have to find a lake, river or something!!
  19. Sorry about the quality of the pic, but you get the idea… This is my first ever ‘business card’. I went on to Vistaprint to order some free ones, ended up spending over £60! (inc. a mug with the photo printed on it!) Doh!! The plan is to capture the cars at full tilt at my local hill climb in Gloucestershire, then give the drivers my card – they can then view the pictures on the web-site and place an order if they wish.
  20. Bless you my son, buy you a pint for that one!
